333 rooms, including 58 suites, 207 single rooms and 65 double rooms, are located on 33 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock.     + A nice upgrade for the Titanium.+ The staff are very friendly. I would like to especially recognise Cartoon from reception.+ The lounge is nice, with a good view, service, food and drinks.- The property is outdated. However, I don't have any major complaints.- The pool bar is said to be open, but there is rarely any staff there.Overall, good value for money, especially with points.

    The location is perfect for tourist who love shopping in Bangkok! The staff are nice, their hospitality is totally 5 star! Tuk-tuk service is very convinience for tourst as well! Love the vibe here!

    As always, whether it is for a short vacation getaway or business meetings (sometimes combination of both) I would tried to book my accommodation with Renaissance Bangkok. Mostly because of its close proximity to BTS Chidlom station which makes travelling to various key locations very convenient (road traffic is still rather bad, especially peak hours) But most of my friends/colleagues also agreed that the service and professionalism of their front line staffs are excellent, even when there are conventions of key events being held there, front desk staffs, breakfast restaurant service crew and even the executive lounge staffs are always smiling and efficient... Whilst, there had been several newer hotels opening in Bangkok recently, I believe more importantly is Renaissance staffs/crew's kindness, professionalism and efficiency that differentiate and stand out.
