  Very nice affordable hotel with an air-conditioner and hot water shower. The hotel gives Thai breakfast that includes rice, omelette, fruit tea, and coffee. This place is close to all the important places you need to visit in Bangkok. The owner and staff are very friendly. I will recommend this hotel to anyone. The bed is a bit hard the Thai style.

  This is a great place to stay within a certain context. It is not a high end luxury resort nor is it party central. It is basic accommodation but comfortable, fairly well appointed, very clean. The owners are the loveliest people to the point that I always took off my footwear before entering the property because I felt like I was in someone's home. The location is good, lots of food places close by, laundry facilities close by and a convenience store about 500 metres away. The price is very reasonable and all in all it is great value for money. The included breakfasts are pretty good too.

  Hard to beat the location!

  My wife and I stayed here on the first stop of our honeymoon. I could nitpick about a whole bunch of things about this hotel however, it really all comes down to two thing1) The location2) The price.For the price you pay for this place, the location is excellent! Right in the heart of old Bangkok, while also on a side street away from the noise. We walked everywhere, because everywhere you want to go in on your doorstep.Also the staff were very friendly and kind, and showed us typical warm Thai hospitality.A few things you should be aware of though:1) The bed is quite firm. Both my wife and I prefer a firm mattress so this was not a problem, but if you like a soft bed, you wont find one here, and you will find it difficult in Thailand in general.2) There is no elevator, so if your knees are a little weary, be aware you are likely going to have to walk up and down 3-5 flights of stairs every day, because there are no rooms on the first floor or the second.Overall though, we couldn't have gotten better for us and we would recommend.

  A very welcoming owners, the breakfast is very good, coffee the same, don't have any complain!Everything i asked for, the hosts ready to help or advise me the best way!Hotel location in a very good area, lots of restaurant, close to Kaosan Road, 30 minutes walking far away from Royal Palace.When i will come back, i will stay in the same hotel for sure!

  I stayed at this hotel for 6 days in April 2022, just after Thailand opened up to overseas visitors after the COVID lockdown. If you are looking for a good value place to stay and don't particularly want to be in the middle of the nightlife/backpacker precinct, this is a good option. It's in a quieter area but still within easy walking distance to the Khaosan Rd precinct, it's well serviced by food vendors, convenience stores and laundries, and a short walk to the bus stop. The room was a reasonable size, with good internet, air-conditioning, and hot water, and while basic was comfortable and clean. The staff were great, very kind and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I am next in Bangkok.
