This hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Bangkok on Sukhumvit Road, near the entertainment, shopping and business centres of Asok, Ploenchit, Rajadamri and Silom. Guests will find shopping and public transport in the immediate vicinity, and the hotel is located only a 10-minute drive from the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre and offers easy access to the Expressway. It is only 30 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Facility

Units include 2 junior suites, 2 suites, 46 single rooms and 342 double rooms located in a 30-storey main building and a 2-storey auxiliary building. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops as well. Rooms

There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace create a perfect space for guests to relax and unwind. There is a poolside snack bar as well. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy snorkelling and diving.     Good location with plenty of restaurants and shops in Sukhumvit. About 10 minutes walk away from The Terminal 21 Shopping centre

    Not safe for women. I’ve been to Thailand before. No issues. This time round, no issues, until I get to this hotel. I’d stayed at several hotels before getting to this one and felt completely safe. Nearly every male guest here is unfortunately perverted. Sunbathing at the pool is impossible as all the vile men gather to watch you. I refused to take my cover off as the kept walking around me and my sister to get a better view. We decided to move these loungers out of the vile men’s view so we could finally enjoy the sun, but they then followed us to continue watching us, so we decided to get up and leave. They don’t care how uncomfortable you are. Ladies do not waste your money here as you won’t get your moneys worth as you won’t be able to enjoy the pool safely.Also, construction going on in or around the hotel, I’m not sure, but all I know is that every night and morning, there is loud drilling. So a good sleep isn’t guaranteed, especially with these rock hard beds.The air con makes a loud rackety noise every half an hour. All in all, just don’t stay here.

    Dreadful and unfriendly service from duty manager at reception and worst dining experience as the staff did not know how to make sunny side up fried eggs and the breakfast supervisor pulled faces and was really unpleasant when asked for a coffee with milk but brought begrudgingly black coffee. The rooms and facilities are good just the service I'd bad and even though I asked to speak to the General Manager to give my feedback I was told he was not available but that he would contact me and nothing thus far which further confirms they are not in customer service and this is unprofessional and disappointing. This morning I asked twice for a coffee and after 2 people and 30 minutes I left for work without any. I wish I had not booked a room with breakfast! I would have saved a lot of hassle and money!

    BEWARE OF THE SNEAKY CHARGES LIKE A SCAM!!!!!When we booked the room through Agoda, we did not request an extra bed. However, the system somehow added an extra bed charge without us noticing during the booking process. We only realized something was wrong when the amount charged to our bank was higher than the price we originally booked.During our entire stay, we never received any extra bed. Not a single one. Yet we were still charged for it.When we contacted Agoda, they gave us different and inconsistent explanations.First, they said the charge was because we had children staying with us. However, the hotel’s own policy clearly states that children under 12 who share the existing bed with parents stay free of charge.When we pointed out this policy, they changed their explanation and claimed that the hotel had “upgraded” our room, which supposedly included the extra charge.This makes even less sense.We never requested an upgrade, and no one informed us that our room had been upgraded at any point during check-in or during the stay. Only after we complained did this “upgrade” suddenly appear as a justification for the charge.In short:• We did not request an extra bed.• We did not receive any extra bed.• We did not request an upgrade.• We were never informed of any upgrade.Yet we were still charged for it.Instead of resolving the issue, Agoda and the hotel kept providing different explanations that contradict both the booking details and the hotel’s own policy.This experience seriously damages trust in the booking platform. I strongly recommend that other travelers carefully double-check their final payment details, because extra charges can apparently be added without clear notice.

    Absolutely Unhygienic & Zero Accountability – Avoid at All Costs

    I had a terrible experience at Hotel Benja, Bangkok, and I strongly advise families—especially those with young children—to stay away.On the very first day, we found cockroaches inside our room. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unhygienic, particularly when travelling with a toddler. I immediately complained to the hotel staff and requested a room change, clearly explaining the health risk to my child.Despite this, the hotel flatly refused to change the room, claiming no rooms were available. This was a blatant lie—rooms were clearly available online at the same time. The staff showed zero empathy, zero urgency, and zero ownership of the issue.Given the condition of the room and the hotel’s dismissive attitude, we decided to check out the very next day. To make matters worse, the hotel refused any refund, even after acknowledging the complaint. This is nothing but poor customer service and unethical behavior.Dirty rooms, dishonest communication, and an absolute lack of concern for guest safety—this hotel fails on every basic hospitality standard. I will be posting videos as proof.Pathetic hygiene. Worse service. Never again.
