Location

The location is within walking distance of business centres, shopping centres, hospitals, and embassies. The hotel offers a complimentary drop off at the Queen Sirikit Convention Center and a new park, Benjakit Park (good for jogging at early hours and in the evening). Guests can also be dropped off at the BTS station which connects to the heart of Bangkok.

Facility

Guests have a choice of suites and 90 double rooms located in two 4-storey buildings with lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (no extra charge). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Complimentary newspapers are available. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom, and air conditioning ensures just the right temperature. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. A hot tub invites guests to soothe their muscles, and a poolside snack bar will take care of any hungry bellies.     RUN AWAY. I’m saying it again, loud and clear: RUN! This is hands down the worst hotel I have ever set foot in. The moment I walked in, the smell was so foul it gave me a headache. There were more cockroaches than I could count—they were even crawling up my luggage. This place shouldn't even be open for business. It is more disgusting than you can possibly imagine.​I walked away and forfeited my money because the reception refused to give me a refund. I’m losing my mind—what kind of business are you even running? Every single corner of this place was so filthy it made me gag. I’m telling you again: it is worse than your worst nightmare.

    Best thing was the big bed. Rooms are dated no water provided in the room, available down the hall. Rooms are dated, need upgrading. Check in staff abrupt, dining staff a bit clueless. The only offer for breakfast was bacon, egg, something supposed to be sausage salad and toast. Eggs and toast edible. None of our room safes worked

    At first glance looks very nice - but looks can be (and were) very deceptive! We stayed in in a triple (family) room. Only I bedside locker / table, 2 chairs, no bedside light, ONLY COLD WATER (so I didn't have a proper shower during the four night stay!). Only 1 English language TV channel, showing very bad old movies - no news channel. There was a light over the double bed, but it could only be switched on or off by pulling back the heavy mattress from the headboard to reveal the well-hidden switch! Needless to say, that light had to stay off our entire - which was longer than we wanted because the booking company had required a non-refundable pre-payment. We live and learn!

    the hotel is dilapidated, neglected bathrooms with yellow toilet seat and old broken soap dish, stains on the sheets, missing telephone cable! to turn off a light I had to go to the reception in person because I was unable to contact them by telephone, rubbish in the corners of my floor, extremely noisy because the windows do not close properly so tuk tuks and cars coming and going all night long, however I should continue writing for another two days, but if you look at the photos it is easy to understand, I hope it is useful for those who think of going to this place.

    The pictures you see are not accurate. the place was smelly dirty and mouldy, would not recommend this place at all.no water on our floor and got told to go up another level or buy it . their was only onestaff to cook breakfast. only lasted 2 days and went somewhere else but they did give us our money back for the next 2 nights with a fight, never again
