  The low rates of this hotel are completely justified by the pathetic rooms with noisy , old air conditioners, peeling paint and lack of cleanliness. There is no provision for even tea/coffee. Breakfast is not included -the only option for other meals is Japanese food !I was forced to pay "up front" for six days but when I shifted out after just 2 days the owner did not refund even half the amount due. There are many better options on this road. Would not recommend Royal Pimand AT ALL!!

  Dear all,I really not recommend you to book this hostel. I already booked by agoda for April 7th, the day that Coldplay was held. I came to this hostel after Coldplay's concert, at midnight time. I go to this hostel by foot because the hostel location is about 2 km from the stadium where Coldplay held the concert, and all of taxis driver reject the order because it too near. But, when I came to this hostel at 2 am, the owner of this hostel told me that the hostel room was full. Omg, I already booked before, and I didn't inform about this condition. And you guys have to know that I'm not the only one who rejected by the hostel. At those time, there is about 5 guest also rejected from the hotel, whereas all of guest already book too. This owner is savage. I really feel disappointed.

  We booked this hotel at Agoda site. They were advertising it as 3 bedroom suite and since there was 5 uf us we booked it. We didnt mind the location, we just needed it to be near airport. But first surprise was when we came there when they started laughing at us because they dont have such room and they werent even expecting us. They didnt even knew that we allready payed for the room. Since no one was talking english there, you can imagine we had some hard time to explain them what wee need. When the manager came, she told us, that we can stay in room we booked, no surcharged, but it was one king size bed and zofa. We were tired of arguing and because of the long flight, so we agreed to stay there. Room was very big, but dirty and full of dust. Since the bed was very big, there were 4 of us sleeping on it and one friend sleeping on the zofa. This hotel is nothing special. Looking at the pictures we expected much more. Price was low, because we payed for 5 of us as much as the couple would pay, but wouldnt go there again.
