    Quite easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with hotels in Bangkok.

    We booked a stay with our friends for two nights. Two separate rooms. During check-in, our friends realised that they made a mistake in the booking process by selecting the wrong dates (4-6 instead of 2-4). Nonetheless, our friends were offered a room for 2,100THB. After checking online, it appeared to us that the hotel’s rate was better and so, naturally, our friends decided to go with over the counter. When asked to verify our friends’ details during payment, we made it a point to correct what appeared to be a typo (i.e., the check out date) on the check-in form by striking out 3 and replacing it with 4. The booking was processed and we proceeded to our respective rooms.On the second night, we returned to our rooms only to be “greeted” by a rather disgruntled male staff who accused us of overstaying our welcome. We went down to the counter to seek clarification and were told that our friends’ reservation was only for one night. It seemed clear to us that there was some kind of misunderstanding the night before. We thus explained the entire sequence of events to said disgruntled concierge, who spoke very fluent English. We told him specifically about our amendment to the check-in form and pointed out that the hotel had accepted it when it took our money in silence. We were pleasantly surprised when he said “ok, I understand” and offered to waive the charges on the second night of our friends’ stay, acknowledging the fault on the part of his fellow colleague. Unfortunately, our joy was short-lived. After my cigarette break, said disgruntled concierge did a 180. He started demanding, first, for payment of a further 2,100THB (claiming that he was doing us a favour by giving us yesterday’s rate) and, subsequently, a deposit of 1,000THB. At this point, we were completely disgusted and decided to check out. Before we left, we requested for our deposit refunds. Said disgruntled concierge took the opportunity to raise his voice at us for not producing our copy of the deposit record.To sum it up, this hotel: a. refuses to accept any responsibility for the misrepresentations of its staff or conversely, believes that its guests should bear full responsibility for faults of its employees b. refuses to be bound by any amendments made to the information contained in its own check-in forms c. refuses to be bound by any of the representations of its staff concerning any waivedBy the way, our room did not look anywhere close to that which is represented in the photos. It was dark and dingy and the lights were faulty.

    All kudos to the manager Mr Dean who is the epitome of professionalism. This hotel has the right amenities and Mr Dean is very helpful and very proficient in English. We had cancelled one day because of flight delays and Mr Dean very graciously allowed us a very late checkout to accommodate our flight delays for onward flight. Next we needed a big taxi at late night and only normal taxis were available, but Mr Dean again came out to help and arranged a big taxi at very reasonable rates.Would suggest some Indian vegetarian food items also in the breakfast menu and if front office can learn some English will be great.Overall a very nice property, good swimming pool, good rooms and bath tub. Mr Dean is a very good reason one should chose this hotel: he is one of the best in the hotel management industry.

    The location is good and it’s very cheap but I would not recommend staying for SHA Covid hotel bookings. They canceled my Thai pass after they sent me a form at 11pm and of course I did not see it until the next day. Then they canceled my Thai pass a second time because they did not give me the new reference number. For $50 a night it’s a good hotel, but do your Covid experience somewhere else

    I was recommended this hotel to my company total c/i 12 rooms, it was so terrible service and never seen before, so many problems as below.1. during c/i bellman still concentrate with his music in the phone also beat foot step do not have any offer while my waiting at the front desk (front desk was busy)​ that fine for me but bellman should help colleague in order to reach hotel service standard,2. When we are in the room we found that dont have a sleeper, I have calling to front desk asking for their service, after 45 mins nothing happened, I have to call them again??? All rooms dont have sleeper??? Whatttt3. Due to sleeper as i was informed that all rooms 12 rooms dont have a sleeper and my friend dont have any flip flops and asking at the front desk manager, she said the hotel dont have any policy to set up sleeper, WHATTT!!! After that my friend asking how do we go out without a shoes, manager said she can check and give him one right now, and if we like to order a sleeper to set up in 12 rooms it might be not enough in hotel store, WHATTTT!!!4. During check out, I asking bellman (who put down hotel star)​ to store our bags, hevheading to open bell store with holding his phone on his hand and tell us to put it by ourselves, WHATTT!!! You have to teach him to prevent loss items and do not allowed anyone to get inside concierge store.LAST COMMENTI would like to express my big thank to Khun Boat (Sales)​ and Khun Por for coordinate and help me to complete hotel booking sometimes come with extra requested but they know how to treat and solve a problem with alternative as aways.But sorry I can not get business with you again as hotel service could not reach my company expectation
