    Location was perfect, central and close to every tourist attraction. Staff were incredibly friendly and proactive. Room and entire place was spotless with a luxurious feel to it. Price was relatively cheap compared to the quality, value and service Somerset offered. Amenities were spectacular, very clean and new-feeling.     My first time to Somerset Maison Asoke was truly awesome. The location is very convenient & the shuttle services are an added bonus. My early check-in process was remarkably smooth and swift. As I arrived quite early, I completed my check-in at the front desk and then enjoyed breakfast at Beyond Bread while I waited. I found the menu to be perfectly suited to my preferences. Upon returning to the front desk at the designated time, my room was prepared & I was graciously escorted without needing to handle my own luggage. The service was excellent What particularly impressed me next was the room itself. It was big, clean & super cosy - totally worth every penny. I loved the welcome fruit basket, especially the mangosteen was wonderfully sweet, and I savored it on my second-to-last night.Lastly, I was happy with the facilities, particularly the gym & the swimming pool. They were so comfortable, clean, and tranquil, which allowed me to maintain my fitness regimen even while on holiday.     We had a wonderful stay here with our one-year-old baby. Special thanks to Mr.Cheep, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist us whenever needed. He even helped us look for some traditional Thai food that we couldn’t find ourselves, which made our trip even more memorable.The counter staff were also very warm and welcoming, always greeting us with smiles every day and making us feel comfortable throughout our stay.The shuttle buggy service was excellent as well — very punctual and it saved us a lot of time getting around. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this place, especially for families travelling with young children.
