    Cons: - Room deposit should be in cash!!! tourists from other country and have a different currency will have problem with this! especially when we booked more than 2 rooms. the room deposit is 1000bath per room. imagine you're traveling with big family and booked 6 rooms. they request 6000bath paid in CASH! the money that we can spend but we received back just before your flight back home! RIDICULOUS! - if you have early flight and want early check in (even just 10 minutes early), you can just kiss that goodbye! they won't allow us! - most of the staffs were not very nice. all the door man can't even smile! i only meet 3 nice staffs here. 2 on the front desk (2 slim young ladies, and 1 slim housekeeping lady)- when you booked room without breakfast, and you want breakfast MUST pay first as soon as we sitting. one old half boldy man asked my father rudely to pay in cash first as soon as he sit. PROS:- room was clean, new, and well organized even though rooms were pretty small. - location is really good, very near Pratunam Market personally, i will book a room from another hotel around this area. there's many nice hotel around this area too.frankly speaking this hotel is nice, clean, and tidy, but i'll book another hotel next time we go to bangkok because of the above negativities.

    Location is the best. Close to pratunam market, and tofu. Lot of massages place nearby. This hotel also have car parking. So when you waiting for taxy or grab, you don't need to rush.Room is clean, they provide everything (towels, hair dryer)Overall its a good hotel to stay in Bangkok. I would like to recommend this hotel 👏🏻

    The hotel was really good and best location for shopping. All the staffs was nice and helpful, especially Operation Manager. We made reservation for two room and we ask them provide the key for interconnecting door, but they refused. Been a hotelier, I don't understand why they have refused our request and they gave us very strange answer. We have traveled many counties and but this was fist time we were not provided the interconnecting door key.

    Booking confirmation Agoda, 1104694385 Tuesday November 07, 2023.Yesterday night, I booked a king bed preference with two double beds as a less likely option. I checked in, in less than 30 minutes. The hotel knew they did not any longer have any king beds available, at the time of the booking. There were no king beds available and there had not been for quite some time. I specifically asked for a king bed and there were none. That is entrapment and false advertising. In the check in process at the hotel, I was informed by the front desk person that they would see about the room as, my condition, for the reservation was for a king bed. They took a further 1000 baht deposit, and without telling me that they had no king beds. They said, they were going to be see about the room being with king bed. Then she hands me the key and says there are no king beds and had not been any king beds since they filled up earlier in the day. The front desk person tells me that she has a room with two single beds. I had myself an infuriating experience after traveling 20 hours across the globe to have to deal with intentional deception, later in the evening (an hour after darkness), I asked for my money back and they said that's not possible, as I booked through Agoda. They absolutely refused. I got my damage deposit back and left without going up to the room. I went across the street and immediately got a king room at the White Palace, a little eclectic, but clean with a lovely, all lady massage business on the ground floor. After I checked in to my clean king room, I checked (not even ten minutes) from having crossed the street from the dishonest Spenza hotel at 88 Soi 15 Phetchaburi Rd, Pratunam, Bangkok, where I had booked with Agoda not an hour before, and upstairs in my room, at White Palace, checked with my bank customer service in the U.S., B of A and the booking had already been cashed by Agoda through Spenza's confirmation of receiving keys to their room by my bank. No hesitation at all. No customer service from Spenza hotel, but for deliberate dishonesty, and with a concentrated effort to grab the money and no customer service from Agoda. And nothing left but to dispute the transaction as a scam at a later date with the fraud department of my bank, Bof A. In the moment of my check in to Spenza hotel, that hotel had taken money out of my bank account back home and they knew that I would not be able to stop the transaction through my bank. So, why didn't the Spenza refund my money right then and there if they had that kind of occupancy of capacity and Agoda had already received my money in to their account ? I never received their room, only they pushed the key at me, then said, not even a sorry, but that, there were no king beds. When you do like that to the public, you do not deserve any customers. And you do not deserve to be in business. Spenza nor Agoda.
