    Awful on every level. Avoid. Refused advertised amenities. Extremely low water pressure in shower. No hot water in sink for shaving. Filthy dirty water kettle for coffee. Rock hard mattress - even by Asian standards. Clueless and unprofessional front desk staff & manager.

    Location is good easy to access to Ratcha.My first room check-in was smell full of cigarette but the front desk staff immediately take action and change me to other room.

    Feel good and comfortable to stay at STAY Hotel Bangkok

    First, I would like to say thanks to all the staff in STAY Hotel for their warm hospitality, especially Nok (Assistant Front desk manager), she was very patient and helpful with my problem of Wi-Fi connection in my room, and Pao always showed me his nice smile and warm greeting at the front desk. The room I stayed in was clean, tidy and spacious. Certainly, the buffet breakfast is very good, tasty and decent. STAY Hotel situated in a clean and tidy residential area. There are 2 convenience stores, and one open 24 hours cheap and cheerful restaurant (La bonne cafe) just 1 min walk from STAY. Taking MRT(Subway) is very convenient to reach many tourist spots, good restaurants and get transfer by BTS Sky Train. You walk only 8 minutes from STAY to Exit/Entrance No.4 of Sutthisan station. 1. From MRT Sutthisan station to Phahon Yothin station (3 stations), there are 2 big shopping malls Central Lat Phrao (many good restaurants) and Union Mall. 2. From MRT Sutthisan station to Chatuchak Park station (4 stations) for Chatuchak market3. From MRT Sutthisan station to Kamphaeng Phet station, Exit 2 (5 stations) for Chatuchak plaza and Bang Sue Junction shopping centre. 4. From MRT Sutthisan station to Bang Sue station (6 stations) for transferring Red line airport train to Don Mueang Airport. 5. From MRT Sutthisan station to Chatuchak Park station (4 stations), and then transferring BTS sky train from Mo Chit station to Phayathai station (6 stations) for airport train to Suvarnabhumi airport6. From BTS Mo Chit station to Phahon Yothin 24 Station N6 (3 stations) to Leapwan Dan Naramit Night Market. Sure! I will come back to STAY Hotel in the future.

    Price very affordable, food is excellent,staff very friendly , breakfast (eat like a king), access to the city , parking not a issue, Room service and cleaning 5 star ..I would recommend if I want peace not running around come to this hotel..

    Our 3rd time to stay in STAY Bangkok. Peaceful residential suburb that is close to the heart of Bangkok metropolis. Delicieux restaurant operating hours 6am - 10.30am full buffet and a la carte inclusion breakfast is a winner. Chefs cook well and had wide variety of scrumptious local cuisine and western. Staff is the asset of the restaurant that made the difference. Genuine, hospitable and attentive. Khap khoon mak khap to the cheerpy, hardworking team Pae, Som, Aum, Phia. Pool was a refreshing start to our day. STAY is the BEST.
