    Before we even got there there were problems in that the taxi driver couldn't find it. The name in reception is not Sunny Residence! However it is advertised under that name and part of it has that name.Our bags were transferred efficiently to our room (another key deposit to pay (proper key) on the 5th floor. Eating was in a non A/C bar cum restaurant downstairs. Soup, salad and 2 G&T's cost nearly1000 BHT! The rooms are large but daylight leaks in through a frosted glass window onto a tiny unusable balcony that has no curtaining. All night long it sounded like industrial machinery was grinding away in the basement - I'd love to know what it was. We asked for a 6 am alarm call that never came. The excuse was the phone wasn't working. Another guest nearly missed his taxi because he didn't get his call and they didn't refund his paid breakfast. Apart from large rooms, and a lift, the only thing really going for it is its proximity to the airport and the regular shuttle service.

    It's near the airport and the price is reasonable. There are many local restaurants nearby the hotel. The receptionist were also helpful when we asked about direction to the nearest mall. The room was good & clean.

    I got my period in the middle of the night and they charged me for staining my bedsheets and proceeded to say all hotels would do the same. Appalled. I arrived at 2am and you dont sell any tampons. What do you expect me to do. So livid.

    Very pathetic service.1. If you stay for 7 days but they are not providing water every day. you have to purchase each day.2. Key deposit of THB 200. You may return the key but if you misplaced the key receipt then you will not return back the deposit amount.3. Rude behaviour : The male person who is sitting at night, he has no sense that how to talk with a guest.4. Distance is very far from the city.5. Room service : The male person told me that we are not going to provide romm service if you don't call us.

    Good communication. Got their bus from airport to sunny. 150 baht. Fast efficient.Hotel is great for simply getting the head down.Quiet..friendly... Off the main roads.24 hour restaurant... Food was good. Free water in room.
