    No lift, no wifi, no bottled water or tea and coffee facilities. Room very basic, bathroom was converted balcony. No breakfast included. No car park. Room wasn't clean. No safe.Facilities: A/C, television, empty mini fridge, clothes rack (not wardrobe), hot water shower.

    As I was there longer I paid only 10 Euros per night for a huge air conditioned room with fridge, big bed, television and water heater. It is simple and the bathroom (they also have hot water!) could be cleaner but it is very close to Survab. Airport and to Magna Shoppingcenter.In addition the landlady is very nice and even brought me food for free sometimes. She talks very good English and answers each question via mail. The wifi is perfect.There is no reception and you should mention your exact time when you come so that somebody is here to give you the keys. Also take a Foto of the map and the exact adress as it is hard to find for some taxi drivers.Overall the neighborhood is lovely, peaceful, no hookers and one of the best THAI food markets around the corner. A taxi ride in the city is around 200 Baht (5Euros) and takes depending on traffic 1hour.I always come again!

    Owner has no system, can't find the key and no cleaning, dirty rooms dirty surronding and no facilities as we could see - we left before we had stayed ther for 5 minutes, smell not good and we can't reccomend this to anyone
