  This place is awful and nothing works and the entire building has an awful odor to it. Called to book a room and was quoted a different price than I was given. I had to change rooms multiple times due to the air conditioner not working and the rooms being dirty. There was mold on the shower head and bugs in both rooms. I wouldn't stay here again even if was free. The staff is awful and have no clue what they are doing. They couldn't even figure out how to work a credit card machine. I come to Thailand often but will only stay at an international hotel going forward. This place is awful and that's putting it nicely...

  Rude male receptionist / pathetic service

  Very pathetic service.1. If you stay for 7 days but they are not providing water every day. you have to purchase each day.2. Key deposit of THB 200. You may return the key but if you misplaced the key receipt then you will not return back the deposit amount.3. Rude behaviour : The male person who is sitting at night, he has no sense that how to talk with a guest. He is very rude and he may shouting on you if you ask anything. I asked for water and he told thats not my job and go to restaurant. 4. Distance is very far from the city.5. Room service : The male person told me that we are not going to provide room service if you don't call us.6. WIFI is very poor.

  Worst experience ever

  I’m outraged, I’ve never had a customer experience this bad!I booked for a superior room with a twin bed but instead I got a dirty small room with 4 bunk beds with no working lock on the door. There were spider nets and old price tags left around the room. No proper blankets or sheets. The AC was leaking water on the floor constantly. It was in overall dirty.I complained about the lock and they could not give me any other options or solutions than to just live with it. I even asked if I could get the money back so I can go to another hotel but not even that was possible! The staff was really rude and just stopped talking to me!Not being able to lock your room is just too much, I can’t stay in a room like that so I had to check out and find another hotel in the middle of the night. I never got my money back or any apology. They just told me to be in contact with the manager. I sent an email to the manageri but he/she never got back to me.

  Unprofessional and unorganized reception

  "NOT MY PROBLEM" told the youngish brown hair coloured, bonish reception lady in the morning when I asked my pre-ordered breakfast.The whole place seems to be sort of a wild west. We visited the place 3 months ago and it has become a better place on many ways, like they have made some furniture changes, they actually have springrolls to sell, oil and thai massages were really good and in the neighbour they have a salon so you can get your hair cut for a very reasonable price.Something is still wrong with the staff, especially the reseption staff. Last time we visited they were extremely rude and unhelpful and this time we were actually positively surprised that how openly we got invited inside compared to the previous time, but they had some new workers, our guess was that the older couple at the reseption were the new owners because they had way better attitude to guests than many other. Seems like they forgot to fire this youngish reseption girl with the others (the whole house has a new staff) who actually made my mornings pretty much ruined with her "not my problem". I ordered our breakfast yesterday from the new receptionist and he told basicly that "it will be alright, you can just ask it from the reseption in the morning, there will be take-away boxes", in the morning she told us that I should have told directly to her about the breakfast yesterday even tho I didin't see her even at the work yesterday. Very badly unorganized.

  Good for layover

  We booked a room for two people for one night as we had one day in Bangkok and were flying at noon the next day. The room was nice and clean,nice bed, quite, working A/C and nice shower. Keep in mind there is a fee of 300baht if you want to check in before 2 pm. We didn't check out anything else at the place since we just left our stuff and went to town centre. That's a bit challenging since you can only do it by cab or grab in the day (the nearby train goes only in the evening) and it costs around 350 baht including highway costs.
