    Disappointment….I had a very good stay overall at this hotel. The property was fairly clean, and I booked 5 rooms for a 2-day stay. The floor staff were especially kind, helpful, and made a positive impression throughout.However, there were a couple of issues. I had to change rooms due to no WiFi signal, which was inconvenient. I also accidentally left behind a 1L bottle of Ciroc, which cost me £49 from a Thai supermarket. I returned to ask about it around 15 minutes later, but the reception and manager said they had checked all the rooms I had used and couldn’t find it, which was disappointing.Aside from these incidents, everything else about the stay was great.

    Easy check in - large clean room, great size bed, air con worked very well and there were good noise cancelling doors and windows in spite of being so close to the airport (seriously those people moaning about aircraft noise when the whole point of booking this hotel is for it's close proximity to the airport need to have a word with themselves - what the hell do you expect). We didn't opt for the shuttle service because we had a very early morning flight but the mini buses that we saw for the shuttles look very clean and modern.Pool area was clean and spacious and a good size pool - although we didn't use it, other guests did. Even sun loungers and pool towels are provided.Plenty of hot water, shower pressure was excellent and toiletries were also provided. No complaints for the £25 paid for two of us to stay one night. Would recommend.

    From check in to check out, they really can't do enough for you. They sweep in and take your luggage to your room. The van service is super convenient, just go to 2nd floor arrivals and contact the agent between exits 3 and 4, there is a small sign with Suvarnabhumi Ville hotel on it.

    Dated, almost scary… the photos provided don’t show the horrific rooms and bathrooms this hotel offers its guests. The bed sheets smell of bleach, the bathrooms are mouldy… don’t stay here.

    Decent hotel for a short layover

    I stayed one night here during a layover. No complaints--there's a 7-Eleven, mini mart, 24-hour cafe and other restaurants, massage place all in the vicinity. So it's very convenient if you're on a short layover in BKK. If you have heavy luggage though, you can ask for a room with elevator access. My room was in the wing with no elevator. But it was just a couple flights of stairs and hotel staff helped with my suitcase. Clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. They also have free shuttle to the airport.
