  Super bad hotel with all of the old furniture and Mold smell in the room.

  Omg guys please be aware of this hotel while booking. Old furniture. Mold smell when you entered the room . Blood stain sofa you can't even sit over there . Torn bedsheets and dirty towels. The pic shows is far away from the real one .there is no kitchen utensils to cook just only 2 spoon and 2 fork .Too much far away from 7/11 and its in the end of soi. nothing is there near by . Manager and front office staff not at all supportive .the manager is money minded . Please stay away from booking this property .

  Too far away and balcony is pointless

  I really didn't enjoy this place. The hotel is very far inside thong lor which makes it so difficult to take a motorcycle every time. You can't take a taxi because of the crazy traffic to get to the hotel. The rooms were not impressive at all. The balcony is pointless since it has 2 aircon outlets blowing hot air as you stand or try to sit out there. I will not return here

  Terrible place for Test and Go

  Don't stay in this hotel for Test and Go, instead of sending guests directly to get their PCR after arriving at the airport they have two set times per day to have the PCR done at the hotel. So you have to wait until 5pm even if you arrive at 1pm, then they tell you your results won't come until noon the next day. Most other hotels provide results within 5-10 hours but here it could be 20+ hours. Of course, totally by coincidence, the hotel offers "express" service for 1,500 THB extra to get results in three hours. None of this was stated before arriving at the hotel or mentioned on the booking page, they will nicely milk you for an extra 1,500 thb so you can actually leave your room sooner. Do not book this hotel, find a hotel that uses a drive thru PCR clinic that gets you tested right after you arrive at the airport. This hotel just wants to take your money, they don't care about anything else.

  Test & Go was slow; room was fine; they have yet to refund US$1000 they owe

  I stayed one night Test & Go. I chose this hotel because, when I booked, I was required to book 14 nights quarantine and the large space with a bedroom, living room, and washer was appealing. When the government requirements changed to one night, I was able to change the reservation to one night and get the certificate, though it took back and forth emails and a phone call. On that call, they promised me a refund. Three MONTHS later, after a lot more back-and-forth, going to the hotel in person and speaking with a manager, and calling the Tourist Police, they still have not refunded me.Other notes:- The Test and Go was not efficient. I arrived before 9am. I did not get tested until the afternoon and did not receive my results until the next morning.- The room itself was as advertised. A comfortable size. Clean enough except an unemptied ashtray on the balcony.- Location: A bit of a walk to the Thong Lo BTS skytrain station. But not too long to walk to the main street to hail a cab.- The food was pretty meh. It didn't taste bad, but it arrived cold. (Lucky there is a microwave). And despite keeping me in my room over 24 hours, they only provided three meals; no breakfast the second day. They warned me, so I was able to ration my food the first day.- At the moment, they still owe me US$1000 for the 13 nights I did not stay. Hence the one-star review. This is not a typical hotel, it is a residence. Some other external company (or such? I did not understand their reason for refusal when I demanded my refund in person) is in charge of finances and are either incompetent or corrupt. Notably, I don't blame the people who work at Aspira Hana, but someone up the ladder is not doing their job. If you give Aspira Hana money, you will probably never see it again.
