  I made the mistake of booking this hotel which was a complete night mare. The hotel is old and very unsanitary. I had to change rooms on day 1 because there were small ants and even a cockroach in my room. I was put in a second room where there was not even a lock on the door. I asked for a solution at Agoda and they promised that the hotel would give a solution.However, at the reception they didn't even knew about the complaint and there was a language problem. At this point I didn't want to stay in the hotel anymore. They refused to payback my money for the 2nd night and the staff was very unfriendly. Even as a budget traveler (target audience this hotel) I would not recommend the hotel. I am still waiting on my money back (which is only around 500 baht), but I still want it out of principle. In the mean time I can at least warn you to stay away. Don't make the same mistake I made.

  THIEVES AT PLAY HERE! STAY ELSEWHERE!

  Boss’s Place? More like The Thieves Guild. Came here to stay with a friend and money was stolen from my room on the first day! As my friend had already been staying here prior to my arrival, he requested for the room to be cleaned. I turned up, left my bags in the room and we went to lunch. The room was cleaned during this time. Whilst being at lunch, I suddenly realised I hadn’t brought my money pouch with me and rushed back to get it. Came back to the restaurant and when I went to pay, I noticed the notes I was holding was a little less. At first I assumed that I had spent it and I was mistaken. The next day I went out and I had a number of dollars left that I wanted to exchange for bhat and that’s when I realised money had 100% been taken as bills were missing too. It very much seemed to me that the thief had tactfully taken a lump sum in hope I wouldn’t notice. After confronting reception (which is like a ghost town. Hardly anyone at the counter) they just looked at me confused. As he didn’t speak English very well, I had to use Google Translate for him to fully understand what my complaint was about. He then agreed to pay some money back to me then next morning. When the next morning came (and just as I had predicted) their stance had completely changed and they flat out refused any money was stolen and they also said they would not be paying any money back to me. They also tried to blame other guests staying at the hotel (despite it being just myself and the staff that held a key card). After some more back and forth, the receptionist told me to come back Monday as that was when the owner was in and I would have to take it up with him…. Come Monday, surprise, surprise “there was no owner around” and when I got cross the guy just looked at me and walked away. No offer to investigate/speak to the person who cleaned the room, no offer of compensation. They simply just didn’t care and treated me appallingly like I was the person in the wrong. He was more interested in what was going on on the television. So beware if you do decide to stay here people and make sure your money and valuables are on you or locked up at all times. Not only do I find it disheartening that this happened, I’m more grossed out that someone had been touching/going through my things.

  we booked that hotel basing on the pictures that show it nice but.. The place should be closed by authorities. IS TOTALLY OUT OF SERVICE.. . WE DID CAN NOT SLEEP IN THE ROOMS cause the incredible smell that cut breath, things accumulated everywhere, no lights in common spaces.. dirt everywhere with a receptionist that live there and don't speak english! We asked to call owner but he denied any refund even if we did not sleep there .. he wants the money not the guestrs: STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS THIEF

  The room was ok, kind of old? but it wasn't dirty. There is a small fridge and an electric kettle, 2 bottled water, shampoos and body soap. Some room doesn't have TV. There is no elevators in the building. If your room was 4th or 5th floor, it’ll be tough. You can smoke at the entrance, 1st floor. Staff don’t really understand English but at least they’re trying to be nice to guests. Our room had a problem with the door. The door was making noise (like beep sound), so we called staff and asked them to stop the noise and they somehow fixed it. However, after staying a night, the door locked automatically and was broken and it couldn’t be opened anymore at 12 am. Thankfully the staff helped us open the door and they let us change the room.Those experiences might have ruined the trip if staff didn’t help us. They were awesome!Pretty good location, great restaurant/local food nearby, 7-11 is a minute away from the hotel. You can go to MRT station around 15 minutes by foot. Also Lumphini Park is not too far from the hotel. (Around 20 minutes by foot)上と同じことを日本語で書きます。部屋はまずまずです。少し古い感じがしますが掃除はされていました。ケトル、小さな冷蔵庫、ペットボトルの水2つ、シャンプー、ボディーソープがありました。エレベーターがないので4,5階の宿泊の人は少しきついと思います。喫煙は一階のロビーでできます。スタッフは英語があまりわかりませんが、なんとかして話を聞こうとしてくれたました。私たちの部屋のドアは故障しているようで、ピーッピーッという音がずっと鳴っていて眠れそうになかったのでスタッフを呼んで直してもらいましたが、次の日の夜12時ごろにドアが開かなくなり、スタッフにどうにか開けてもらって部屋を移動させていただきました。もしスタッフが無愛想で協力してくれない人だったら、と思うと良かったなあと思います。場所は観光エリアは直接近くはないですが、美味しいレストランや屋台がすぐ近くにあり、セブンイレブンは徒歩1分ほどで行けるので便利です。MRTのクロントゥーイ駅(Khlong Toei)までも徒歩15分です。また、ルンピニ公園もそこまで遠くなく徒歩20分ほどで行くことができます。

  Cheap price if booking from agoda. This is a small simply and budget hotel. Walk from Lumpini MRT about 10 -15 minutes.No parking lots( just 2-3 cars only)without elevator. But room so clean and cheap.
