Location

This city hotel is located at the heart of the city, just 10 minutes' walk from the Silom shopping area, and the Chong Nonsi and Surasak BTS stations. The hotel provides easy access to Silom MRT subway station and a setting where business guests can conduct business at ease and be within easy reach of commercial centres and most major tourist attractions.

Facility

The hotel has 24 single rooms and 4 double rooms, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the city from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A kitchenette with a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station is also provided as standard. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included.     First of all we pay for a big room it says on the advertise 32 square meters ,with sofa and microwave etc .we get a small one less than 20 square meters without all the above .Also they get us in the room 11.30 morning we were very tired travel for 24 hours and they charge 500 baht for one extra hour because we get in the room a bit earlier .I asked for an extra pillow I have a problem with my shoulder and they say we will charge you 100 baht a day for the pillow. I have been to Thailand 23 times since 1993 first time I stay in a hotel like that . . Never again .

    Location is 10 to 15 mins from Saint Louis BTS station. Nothing much around the hotel. Room is big, but very old. Price is low and if you just stay 1 night for transit is fine. No coffee tea in room, but toothbrush set provided too.If you stay long, I think is not suitable as you can find other better option using the same rate.If you book from Agoda, please make sure is same Branch of the Heritage hotel. I originally booked Heritage Silom, but Agoda sent my booking to this Heritage Sathorn. So, I just stay 1 night and asked Agoda for refund in AgodaCash, and I booked another hotel instead.

    Room was clean but shabby.Air conditioner leaked like Niagara Falls.Shower head leaked badly when tub being filled. Curtains torn and dared. Shower towel rack broken and loose.Hotel lobby has no A/C.But, overall, an average hotel for the price. Good location, right next to BTS train station.

    Nice Location so very convenient for transportation nearby Saint Louise Bts station just 100 my., friendly staffs ! I was book only 1 night but change to book more 5 nights to go ! Feel like my second home

    This the nice hotel to stay for your holiday and business there is close sky train at St.Louis BTS also the location are really nicely in the Bangkok metropolitant convenience to travel to Shopping Mall( Siam Paragon, Central world, MBK center etc.) this place such a good hotel for you to stay. Cheers.
