Location

This attractive hotel is located in the shopping and business district of the city, directly in the Sukhumvit Road district. Shops, restaurants and a station for the Bangkok sky train are to be found in the vicinity and it is just 27 km to Bangkok Don Muang airport.

Facility

414 rooms, including 55 suites and 220 single rooms, are located on 31 storeys and can be reached by 6 lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     Stayed at The Landmark for a few nights this month with the family. Spotless hotel, pleasant staff though we had issues with overcharging for an unnecessary extra bed (later refunded). Also made use of the laundry, room service, breakfast (average), the Rib Room restaurant (excellent) and spa. Would recommend but be cautious of the location - close to heavy night spots (not appropriate for small children) and in a heavy traffic area, though right next to a station.

    Excellent hotel with good value rooms ,very good and pleasant staff who all contribute to a great experience .I return to this hotel each time in BKK due to these reasons ......The only negative would be the pool area /jacuzzi as this area is slightly dated and didnt appear to be renovated with the rest of the hotel recently but otherwise all good ...

    I recently stayed 15 nights at Landmark Bangkok which is in a fantastic location. The property itself was impressive — elegant design, spotless common areas, and excellent amenities. The bedroom was especially outstanding: spacious, comfortable with beautiful view from 23rd floor. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing.The location was also ideal, with convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport links, which made exploring the area very easy and enjoyable.Unfortunately, despite all the positive aspects of the hotel itself, my overall experience was seriously affected by a very concerning issue. During my stay, I was robbed twice, and the theft involved members of the hotel staff as on first occasion there were several staff entry my room however on second occasion there was only one housekeeping entering the room. It was reported to the hotel management and to police. This was extremely upsetting and completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel operating at a five-star standard where guests should feel safe and secure at all times.While I can genuinely praise the hotel’s facilities, comfort, and location, management urgently needs to address guest security and staff accountability. A luxury experience should include peace of mind, and sadly that was missing from my whole stay.     Fantastic Hotel, extremely helpful staff. Very well situated on the Sukhumvit road, only negative is it can be little noisy at night due to the area.     Booked landmark for 3 nights for my business trip to Bangkok. Very friendly reception, they checked me in before the time. For my waiting period they provided my coupons for cafe. Well decorated and spacious room, Very neat and tidy. Everything was on its perfect place. Nice view of town. The concierge, staff and housekeeping are courteous. Food was tasty. Overall a nice hotel to stay close to the main attractions of bangkok like sukhumvit 11, nana plaza, terminal 21 and metro stations.
