    Fanastic hotel to stay in bangkok.

    Where do i start with this hotel a hidden gem. From the day we got there. We had the most amazing time staying here. The rooms were clean. The location for us was great. But for us it was the staff they went above and beyond and that really made our hoilday. It was 5* for us. And if ever back in bangkok we would love to come back.

    A quiet place with everything nearby

    A small hotel in a quiet street near one of the most busy back packing areas in the city. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly. We stayed there several times and in different rooms. We expected the rooms without a window to feel somewhat claustrophobic but that was not the case at all. With the weather here we mostly leave the curtains closed anyway so this was quite similar. In all cases the air con worked well and the water pressure in the shower was also quite good. The only strange thing we found was the way the toilet and shower are combined in one big shower cabin. If you need to use the toilet after showering you will get your feet wet.Still we would recommend this relaxed hotel.

    Nice comfortable stay here. The bed was super comfortable, nice hot shower, clean room. Nice to have a little balcony to enjoy watching the world go by in the morning. We were able to check in earlier for a small fee extra. Would recommend if staying in this area again!

    We always come back to Orchid House when in Bangkok, we stayed 3 times on this trip. Nice ‘boutique’ style hotel at a very reasonable price. Good sized, well decorated, spotlessly clean rooms and friendly staff with Patrick on the front desk. One of the best things about staying here though is the location- opposite a wat, 5 mins from the river, in a quiet street with laundries and street food stalls. Across Samsen Road are a few blocks of old style traveller cafes and bars- our favourite part of a city which we used to dislike but now enjoy visiting, though only in this area. Orchid House is a big part of that and we’ll be back next time we’re in Thailand.
