Location

Facility

4 suites and 63 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by a lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     Clean hotel, staff lovely and helpful, good location close to skytrain. Restaurants nearby and 7/11 just arnd the corner. Hairdresser and barber nearby. Perfect place with transfer to Suvarnabhumi.

    Budget hotel- you get what you pay for. We stayed here a it’s close to the airport and train line. Stayed for 2 nights. About. 15 min walk to Lat Kringle train station. The airport line connects to the SkyTrain line at Phaya Thai in the city.Not a lot of places to eat in the immediate vicinity- there are street food vendors out on the main road from early Am to late afternoon but only a couple of vendors in the evening.If you walk down Lat Krabang road toward the motorway, there are a few big restaurants hidden away on the river front. Good food and good service- worth the walkThe hotel restaurant isn’t currently open for any meal service so don’t count on that being available.Room was comfortable. Aircon was broken in 1 room- thankfully we could change to another room for the 2nd night

    Perfect overnight stay in Bangkok near airport

    We needed an overnight stay somewhere near the airport in Bangkok and The Phoenix was absolutely perfect for this. It's about a 15 minute drive away so super quick to get to and from the hotel. They do offer an airport shuttle service for 150 thb per room but make sure to book it 24hrs in advance before you arrive. We got a taxi there which wasn't too expensive either but used the shuttle in the morning which was great.Room was comfortable and clean so we had a great night sleep ahead of our early flight. It is also pretty cheap. Would recommend!

    Very good hotel for a one night stay in conjunction with flying in and out of BKK.I stayed one night and the hotel is cheap, clean and gets the job done.The hotel offers shuttle service for 150 Baht and the shuttle showed up on time to pick me up from the airport.The room itself is simple and most importantly the AC worked great.The bed is hard as a rock but it was fine for me.Overall, I’d stay here again when flying in/out of BKK.

    I was check in on 17/04/2022 and check out on 19/04/2022. Locations of the hotel very convenient , near 7/11 store and local restaurants. The hotel also provides shuttle bus to the airport cost only 150 baht cheaper than outsourcing taxi.Most of all the thing I am very appreciative about the hotel is their staffs helpful and service mind. I check out from hotel and realized that I left mobile charger in the room, I called to hotel reception ask them to send it back to me(live in Chiang Rai) I willing to pay delivery cost but the hotel take care of it and free of charge. Thank you
