The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay.     I’d like to thank Sumintar for her effort in trying to understand our needs during this trip. We were traveling mostly with elderly people and children, and she communicated with empathy and care. Her service was truly helpful, and she showed a genuine willingness to assist us. You’re lucky to have someone with such a great heart for service on your team.

    The hotel is well priced as a boutique hotel, and above a budget hotel. Clean rooms, hot water, a mini bar for your own drinks, and TV.Good location next to the golf club, and Durakit Bundit University.Most importantly, food stores and drinks just outside the hotel.

    A BOUTIQUE hotel?? Really??

    Let's first start with what is positive: Our room was clean. Also, two bottles of water were provided. The sound insolation was decent. Yet, staying in the Riche Boutique hotel was all together extremely disappointing and I would never chose this hotel again. Our room was located in the tower next to the street. Yes, this hotel consists of two buildings. In the main building rooms look like on the advertised pictures, yet in our building they looked completely different. Our room's furniture was scares, to say the least. It has one little bin in the bathroom, no kettle, no night tables around the bed, no additional light, no coffee, tea, only two water bottles. This room should never be sold as a boutique room. It make me feel like we were in a guest house, with basic amenities. Also, staff speaks close to no English, which is not surprising in Thailand though. The breakfast was in a terribly icy, not well-lit room. Tables were very narrow, our table could not even host two plates. It was one of the worst breakfasts I have had in a hotel. Put on your down coat. Your health will thank you. I feel like guests should be made aware that their room might be not in the actual main building. Out bottom line is: never again!

    The budget hotel near Don Muang Airport and very near North Park Golf Course and Dhurakitbandit University. I stay in Standard room is small room is clean. Staff are very helpful. car park inside service and If you are looking for a fine hotel near don muang airport or near area i recommen this hotel.

    Too Noisy!

    We stayed here for five nights due to a nearby conference we were attending. The positives - staff were relatively friendly but they don't speak English. Fortunately, we speak enough Thai to get by but this could be a problem if you can't. The room we stayed in was big and spacious. The one we stayed in last year was tiny so if you pay the little bit extra you will have a bit of room to move. The negatives - this is a big negative! They have bus loads of Chinese tour groups arriving in the middle of the night. They then stand around in the corridors shouting and slamming doors. This went on for hours every night. Out of five nights, we only had one night of peaceful sleep. We complained to staff and they said to call the front desk when it happens. We would call them multiple times every night and they would say "we will tell the tour group leader." Just a tip for the hotel - instead of waiting for irate guests to call you every five minutes to complain about noise in the middle of the night, it should be clearly explained to your arriving guests that they need to be quiet as they enter their rooms. The other problem was they have security going up to check rooms that have been vacated at 5am with loud radios blaring and more door slamming. We asked him to please turn his radio off at 5am and he said he was finished. After another half an hour he finally left but we were really angry by that time. So, I would say that while there are some nice things about this hotel, we will not be staying here again. I just can't be sure that i won't get another week of no sleep!
