    An oasis of calm in the hectic Bangkok but disappointing

    The hotel has a lot of potential but we missed a soul in the hotel. The entrance looks very well. The suite was amazing, a comfortabel bed, beautiful flowers, and a delisious platter of delicacies. It’s a shame there were so many stains on the carpets. Dirty elevator (haven’t vacuumed in 5 days). Uninterested employees, only an individual greets kindly. Worn towels at the pool………Breakfast quality was so disappointing (a surcharge for a mango) that we went elswhere for breakfast. We think that it is not correct to mention renovation work during the stay when booking. Our expectations have not been fulfilled.     A calm oasis in the heart of Bangkok

    The U-Sathorn is a peaceful oasis in the heart of Bangkok. In fact, while you are relaxing by its pool, surrounded by lawns and coconut palms, you wouldn't even know you were in the lap of a vibrant city.This is the perfect hotel in which to recover from jet lag. Just lie back and snooze under umbrellas, or have drinks brought to you by smiling staff members.We receive the warmest of welcomes each time we come to this delightful hotel, and the wonderful team are worthy of our highest praise, as is its equally wonderful manager, Suchitra Sirirak.     Tranquil oasis in Bangkok

    The hotel is isolated from hustle and bustle of a big city, it is perfect place to relax and recover after long sightseeing Bangkok. Breakfast is perfect with western and Thai food options, and it is not the same every day, restaurant is supposed to be very high quality, but we did not have chance to try it. Rooms are very large, with super comfy beds, bathroom is very large, separate toilet. No jacuzzi and no massage rooms available at the hotel, but they offer near by perfect spa and free tuk-tuk ride from the hotel, it is very short distance. The stuff is exceptionally helpful and forthcoming. The biggest advantage of this hotel is flexible check-in, check-out, but you need to let them know couple of days in advance to prepare your rooms when you arrive to Bangkok - even it is 8 am, you can check-in, but you check-out also at 8 am on your last day.
