Facility

10 suites, 87 single rooms and 72 double rooms are located on 20 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car.     Although I stayed one night only and flying off to Phuket the next day, I made a request to leave one luggage behind so that I can pick it up on returning.The request was outright rejected as I'm not continuing staying with the hotel Not every traveller will ask for such a service, so maybe the hotel can consider it as a one-off goodwill gesture to make another guest happy.     Massive road works outside hotel

    We are a group of 10 friends, stayed 4 nights. Pros :Hotel was responsive to email queries prior to booking. Front desk was brisk. Concierge and butler were friendly and helpful - they helped us with our bags quickly and with big smiles. Also took time to check with us if the stuff left behind in our room were intended to be left behind. Transport desk was helpful enough - took the trouble to find a bigger van for us so it will not be a tight fit. They could have given us a van just for 10 but they went the extra mile without charging us more so we are grateful. Room is spacious and bright. Breakfast is a good spread for the price (there is a -100THB promo if paid during check-in). There is a massage place at hotel lobby which is too open for our liking - people using the lifts can turnaround and see those on massage chairs. The same massage company has a more private area on the 6th floor which is easy access. They have a big team and can do massages at late hours. Cons : We were not aware of the major road constructions at the entrance of this hotel so we got a shock when our van transfer drove into the noisy, dusty, aesthetically unpleasant small road. This was not on the hotel website. We communicated with the hotel several times before confirming our booking as we wanted to check the building has been cleared to be safe after the recently earthquake. Indeed, the building was safe. During these communication, we didn't ask (because we didn't expect and didn't know) and the hotel did not mention about these major road works. The construction works were unpleasant to be near and the other entrance to the building is closed from evening. We didn't dare to try any of the roadside coffee shops or stalls by the road next to the hotel due to the dusty environment.There is no BTS station within 5-10mins access of this hotel. You need to walk or grab or rely on private van transfer. Walking back is not pleasant especially if you have shopping to carry.     I have been staying at this property almost every time I visited Bangkok and the room experience has maintained throughout the years which says a lot to the house keeping and maintenance team. Great job there!I however experience a subpar front desk experience during this visit which was slightly disappointing - not the usual tourism standard for the land of smiles. But it is still a good value which I appreciate.     Location of hotel is good, easy accessible to malls. Rooms are clean and comfortable.Good service. Special thanks to Ms Anny and Ms Ging who specially arranged for chef to cook vegetarian food for one of our friends during breakfast time. They took initiative to also arranged for subsequent few days of our stay. Satisfied with their good service.
