  Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, also fantastic price, not too far from the main shopping area of Pak Kret, but far enough so as not to hear the traffic

  An excellent find and, for me, in a brilliant location as I wanted to be in the Pakkret area. Maybe not so useful for those who want to be near the tourist sights in the centre but for other people excellent, especially those wanting to be near the Government offices in Chaeng Wattana, the Mung Thong Compact conference centre and other sites. With lots of hotel parking space, the hotel is very close to a major bridge crossing for those with a car, boat bus links to downtown, and although a little far, still walking distance to the mass transit rail system. Although the eating facilities in the hotel are limited, the breakfast buffet looked quite decent and for the rest of the time there is a very good market and shops very near the hotel where decent well priced food can be obtained at most times of day or night.My room was very comfortable and large with all the usual facilities at a high standard. Most of the staff, especially the maids, were very charming and helpful though a few of the Reception staff could perhaps be a bit more friendly.Overall, especially for the price and, for me, excellent location, it was a brilliant find and I will definitely use again when I am next in Bangkok.

  Excellent hotel having stayed here many times, close to don muang airport, the rooms are bright and comfy, staff are excellent and has a nice chill out pool are, although the pool is not very deep, hard to swim in. Having stayed before during and after Covid, it is so much better now the hotel has a proper buffet breakfast, which has a good selection.

  I stayed here in September 2022,It is clean, staff very friendly, breakfast they bring to your room between 6 and 10 am, there is a little restaurant next to the hotel. At night it is very quiet outside.There are some stray dogs but they do nothing. Go to main road turn left, 100 mThere is a 7/11, and a laundry. if you cross the roadafter another 100 meters, there is a KFC, shopping center, manicure and pedicure.This will be my favorite place to stay in Bangkok.

  A few nitpicks

  I love the hotel. The service is great, the food is decent, and the rooms are alright. However - the rooms need ant repellent. I can barely be in the bathroom for 5 seconds before there's ants crawling on my feet. One even bit me. They're small, so they're not a big problem - though it is absolutely annoying and to some, disturbing. The ventilation/air-con is also a challenge to figure out. The hotel also needs easy access to laundry service - but there's none. Great hotel - needs bug repellent and laundry, otherwise I recommend.
