Looks a lot better in photos. room poorly designed, bed in a bad location right next to a window, not overly clean, bathroom was nice but did not make up for the overall lack of comfort. worst of all all facilities like pool, cafe, laundry not available to use, wish I had known prior to booking as all other hotels stayed at on this trip have opened up their pools and if I was aware would have stayed elsewhere.

I stayed at the Viva Garden Serviced Residence for over six months, from March to October 2020, all through the partial lockdown. I found them a very professionally run hotel and well worth the money. The studio was comfortable and impeccably maintained, with a kitchen and a balcony with beautiful views, and strong WiFi. The front desk would willingly do all kinds of business services for me, like printing, PDF, immigration reporting support etc. The location mere steps from Bang Chak BTS was a huge plus - easy access to BKK city center, and also an interesting neighborhood to explore with lots of street food. Their Covid prevention measures were serious and professional. Highly recommended.

Great service and great hotel, if I’m in Bangkok this is the place I’ve stayed for years. Great helpful staff, good large and clean rooms, lovely swimming pool. I would recommend this place for sure. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Sukhumvit but with the sky train stop straight outside the hotel it’s just a 10 minute ride.

During these crisis time staying home for a long long time quarantining myself I had the opportunity to order lots and lots of food. It comes to my wow and would like to share that the food ordered from Viva Garden Residence was outstanding. The taste was superbly delicious and on top of that the price was more than reasonable. I would like to send my regards to the Chef team there that they are doing a great job and to keep it up. My next order... "Burger time!" :)
