Comfortable and friendly hotel in a great location

Lovely little hotel with a friendly and relaxed vibe in Khaosan area, yet still quiet and relaxed. The restaurant area is very nice and comfortable, and the food and drinks both were delicious. The staff at the reception as well as the restaurant were very friendly and professional, as well. There was no cupboard, so we lived out of our suitcases, but what can you expect for the price. I would definitely stay there again. Wholehearted recommendation.

Firstly, the hotel is not worth the money.The other young residents in this hotel was the whole night, very noisy, I mean shouting the whole night! Definitely they have a good time. None of the hotel staff did not stand up to protect the other residents. We understand where the hotel is located and we was aware of that, however something should be done by staff. In conclusion if you a couple in the middle age, or just want to stay in Bangkok for a further transfer and looking for a cheap room, avoid this hotel is not worth it

Never stay at wild orchid villa ! The bed feels like your sleeping on a brick, woken up at 8am by loud construction in the room next door with screaming men up and down the hall way for hours. The water gets turned off for hours in the morning you cannot shower or brush your teeth, the water doesn’t come back on for hours. The hotel staff do not help/care. Breakfast is not included as it says. Does not have lift and it goes up to the 6th floor. Never stay here.

Disliked · Worst communication ever via email and whatsapp with the manager I suppose. Tried to reserve private transfer with them but nothing. After the stay I was trying to book again direclty after discussing it at reception for january 9-11 but never received a reply from them. i do the same job and i always find time to reply to all the guests!!!! thats so ridiculous !!!The floor was so dirty at check in that i asked an extra cleaning at first room service.. absolutely not worth the money... smell of humidity in the room... scary view from window... Swimming pool food service quite poor.Thanks,Sara Di LelioLiked · Bed was really comfortable and pillows too. Nice and friendly staff at restaurant. Location and swimming pool are good at least.. I think they got a really good photographer to make us believe the accomodation is good... Breakfast restaurant is acceptable with very helpful staff.

The so called Breakfast included was terrible. We chose this hotel because of the location and included breakfast. The location is great however the food is terrible. The staff couldn’t care less. Normal Thai attitude, you pay more…. I just wanted to warn other.
