  Stayed here for 3 nights. Great location down an alley and close to every thing you need. The hotel room are pretty basic, luxary is not here, but its perfect if its fits your budget. Reception were very kind

  DISAPPOINTING FACILITIES, SERVICE AND PRICE !

  Plenty of wizz bang photos that do not represent the "reality" of this hotel. Unfortunately misrepresentation seems to be part of hotel "management" in more than a few budget hotels in Bangkok. My room was well below expectations. Service and staff ranged from helpful and friendly to "don`t care". Location near Charoenkrung Road was the only tick for me. I would not recommend this hotel !

  Booked here for 3 nights at the beginning of April, we only managed to stay 9 hours before leaving, we would of left earlier however did not feel safe to leave until it got light as we arrived late.It was advertised to us as the apartments across the road from the hotel as there is two parts but we ended up in the hotel which is unbelievably run down. When we went down for cigarettes guys were staring at my girlfriend and it was a very uncomfortable situation to be in as there was no friendly face near.The hotel is in a dark alley way that was avoided by taxis & tuk tuks, we arrived late around 10pm as we could not find the hotel. We asked the people at the sky train if they had ever heard of it and if they were able to point us in the right direction but they had never heard of it. Got into a tuk tuk who drove us around not knowing where he was going to eventually end up in this dump. One of the window doors would not lock and the safe did not work along with the room just being filthy in general, we did not even want to walk on the floor bare footed and we are completely up to date with our tetanus vaccines! None of the sockets were working and the wifi did not work either! Shouting all night long in the corridors, we did not sleep the whole night and just wanted to get out of there but did not feel safe. I would not be surprised if someone had been killed or worse in the room that we stayed in. When we did finally feel safe enough to flee from the hotel we ran for joy and freedom from that hell hole. I wish we could give this hotel 0 stars.

  What a mistake

  i was looking to book a room for a month while I did some work here. I opted for the Junior suiteas that would give me some space to work. Much to my HUGE disappointment, their version of a Jr Suite is essentially a standard room. Theri version of a "seating area" is a chair. As other have said this place is really out of the way and you will have a hard time finding taxi drivers who kn ow where it is. So about the room: Very old and tired. The fixture int he shower was cracked and sprayed water everywhere. The elevator only goes to the 7th floor so you have to haul your bags up another flight of stairs to get to the 8th or 9th floors. I found it curious when I told the front desk thatwe would be leaving and the immediate response was, “would you like an upgraded room?” Red flag!!! But we looked at the “Executive Suite” which reeked of smoke and was essentially the same room with better furniture. Don’t be fooled by the nice pretty pictures as those are extremely misleading. AS one other reviewer noted: AVOID!

  I decided to book Win long place for the last 2 nights of our honeymoon and now I wish I hadn't. I decided to buy the most expensive room available (2570 baht) for 2 nights to surprise my husband, I also opted to have a super deluxe room, a bath and pre paid for breakfast. 2 of our friends also booked in for one night and decided to not pre pay for breakfast & just pay when we arrived. We arrived at breakfast this morning and all ordered scrambled egg, ham, sausage and bacon, when the waitress brought mine and my husbands out it was merely a spoonful of scrambled egg and two slices of tomato. When our friends came out it was scrambled egg, toast and a side salad. We waited around 5 minutes assuming the lady was going to bring out the other food advertised but this didn't happen so when we asked she just said there was no ham or bacon and reluctantly bought out 3 sausages on a plate. When I queried why the other couple recieved a bigger breakfast than us they said ours was a budget breakfast because We had coupons (that we're pre paid for) where as our friends where paying then, which makes no sense because I'd paid the same just when I booked rather than on the day. So id already paid extra for a super deluxe room which was tinier than any other room we'd stayed in on our entire trip. The Bath of paid alittle extra for was child size and me (5'8) and my partner (6,3) couldn't even get in it. The photos of the room are taken on a wide angle lense making them look a lot bigger than what they are. The pool, only 2 people can fit in this at once so I wouldn't even bother! The lady serving breakfast was rude and really didn't care that we were unhappy. The wifi is hit and miss so don't hold your breathe. We struggled with getting taxis to the hotel because the hotel is down a dodgy alley way. Honestly it's put a downer on the end of an amazing honeymoon. So disappointed.
