    Spacious room. Very close to BKK airport and transportation is easy access to BTS and rail link. Staff all friendly. Breakfast nice. But wifi is not that good, every one/two hours need to re-log in again.

    When we got here, they were asking for 1000BHT for deposit in cash. I’ve never had any hotel asking for cash as deposit… i asked if I can pay in cards, they said it will take about 15-45days for me to get the money back. There’s exchange station around the corner only in machine so if you don’t have debit card you might want to watch out. There are 2 showerheads in the shower, one isn’t working. Other one, points too far the water comes out all over the place. The hotel was pretty spacious but the staff’s weren’t too nice. They are not too welcoming and stares at you little mad.The price wasn’t too bad but I recommend you to get a hotel closer to the city might be better!We saw so many cockroaches in the morning. I think they sprayed something a night before. In the hotel, no body lotion and soap in the room.

    Far Below Expectations – Definitely Not a 4-Star Hotel

    The room was not clean at all. The bed sheets had visible stains, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable. I honestly don’t understand what gives this place the confidence to call itself a 4-star hotel. The quality doesn’t even meet the standard of a 2-star. If you care about cleanliness and a proper stay, I strongly recommend choosing another place.

    A very clean and tidy hotel for those who always travel to work in bangkok. 20mins by airport rail link from Suvanabhumi airport, you can easily access to nearest mall such as Seacon Square or take another 30minds train head inside city center. Hotel provide halal food for muslim traveller. I always choose Zayn when I come for meeting in bangkok.

    Nice hotel near Hua Mak BTS station

    We booked this hotel for a 3 days 2 nights stay in Bangkok and we were not disappointed at all. The hotel is located near Hua Mak BTS station which is a 3 minute walk to the hotel. Its a big PLUS factor to have a BTS near the hotel as it was so easy to go around Bangkok through the BTS. The room is amazingly spacious. We had a twin room and there was plenty of space to roll out our luggage. The beds were very comfortable and it was so nice to have 2 fluffy pillows in each bed. The bathroom was OK and the water pressure was really good. The hotel staffs were all so accommodating, nice and helpful. Special thank you to the hard working Guest Relation Manager Mrs. Krittika Booranavanich who always look after the needs of every guests. She is so lovely and indeed one reason why we enjoyed our stay here.The food selection at the breakfast buffet was relatively good as it was catered to be "Halal". Not much of a problem for us though -- as the array of food was good enough to enjoy the breakfast buffet. Overall, it was a very nice hotel and I can say that I would reconsider in staying in this hotel the next time I visit Bangkok.
