    There were cockroaches in the room, mice at corridor. Poor soundproofing, able to hear loud noises. Breakfast selection is limited and nothing fanciful. Location is bad, far from city area and the whole area looks deserted and haunted. Stairway is dark

    Arrived to the hotel in afternoon didn’t get a good reception as no eye contact and then one of the two girls at the counter then stopped her painting whilst the other played on phone doing their makeup. Then got to room hotel booked for three nights one toilet roll no change of waters. Noise all night long. Cleaners had children there whilst were trying to get lift. Breakfast included was what it was on menu, but no staff to be attentive i.e tea/coffee/toast, To far away from restaurants. No interest in speaking to us in english. Unfortunately wont be back.

    I can't think of any good points about this hotel difficult to drive to and nothing in the way of restaurants nearbyThey demand 500 THB in cash as deposit in covid times really?Only 1 lift impossible to use safelyNo restaurant and they only serve breakfast in the room which arrived stone cold and no coffee or tea and dreadful quantity I only kept in from the bin to take a photoAir conditioning is either very cold or hot Kettle in the room but no tea or coffee suppliedI am relieved as I nearly booked this place for a week lucky escape

    Better than you think.

    Booking for 2 rooms through BOOKING.COM - You all know the streets of BKK are congested and the SKY TRAIN construction slows traffic more. BUT after getting to hotel we found easy parking, staff friendly and nice, English speaking and professional. The room is good size, we have 2 COMFORTABLE beds but king available if you wish. The toilet and shower are spotless, clean and fresh smelling. Room cleaning is superb. Room has kettle, coffee, tea, and 2 bottles of water per day-- but we asked for more from room cleaner and got 4 . There is a balcony but view is terrible. reception area spacious and cool. There is a gym on the second floor and breakfast room. The food is served buffet style reasonable selection, and good tasting. -- included in room price. Location seems bad but believe me it's close to shopping, restaurants and not too far from entertainment areas. We liked this hotel so much that after returning from pattaya we are staying for 4 nights. Room rate changes depending on exchange rates but around 550 - 630 baht.-- BLOODY GOOD HOTEL.

    Unclean room. Provided pathetic tour taxi

    Stayed here for two nights on my Thailand trip (05/09/2017 - 07/09/2017). We opted for non-smoking room. But there were cigarette buds in (so called small) balcony, which was not even cleaned even after second day. Walls on the room were not clean and bathroom looked untidy. I requested hotel people to arrange for a Bangkok city and temple day-tour with English speaking driver. The hotel people arranged us a tour taxi with a person who could hardly speak english. I had to rely on google-translator. The taxi driver took me to floating market (80 kms away from city) where I had to spent 2200 Thai Bhat for 1 hour boat journey (which was very disappointing experience). I was continuously asking him to take me for city and temple places, but he forced me to go to floating market and even told me that temple entry tickets are expensive in the morning and cheaper at evening, so its better to go to temple in evening after floating market. We reached back city by around 3 and we hardly got enough time to visit temples and see city. When I complained to the hotel reception about this, they told they will check with driver and get back to me on this, but never got any response from them till now.
