    A Fabulous Authentic Choice For a Chaing Mai Stay

    We loved our 3 day stay in Chaing Mai and really loved Heritage 99. It's an old colonial style boutique hotel that oozes quirky charm. We really enjoyed returning every day to a calm haven. The central courtyard and small pool provide a peaceful place to relax. There is complimentary water, soft drinks and even ice cream on offer.We had a beautiful and very comfortable room with balcony overlooking the temple. The breakfast, though not extensive, is perfectly adequate and there are additional a la carte options, like eggs and pancakes available. We were also given an afternoon tea and lunch, which were delicious. The location is perfect...right in the heart of the old town, opposite a beautiful temple, round the corner from the Sunday night market, with loads of restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. We took a tuk tuk tour to get our bearings and realised how nice it was to be located in the old town.The level of hospitality in Thailand is high, but the staff here take it to another level, and made us feel so welcome and at home. Imm on reception was stellar..incredibly knowledgeable about everything from restaurants to markets to taxis. We so enjoyed seeing her friendly smiling face every day. Dao and Fon were also delightful.You know you have loved a place when you feel sorry to leave. We cannot recommend this place highly enough.

    I love 99 The Heritage. It’s one of the best places I’ve stayed internationally. The staff really make a difference at the hotel because everyone is so kind and so helpful. The breakfast has a lot of options and the building is just so gorgeous. This place is more like a five star hotel.

    Hotel is very central to Chiang Mai and close to temples and shopping. Food delicious and staff friendly and informative. Excellent value for money.

    We recently stayed for 4 wonderful nights at this beautiful hotel, we had a Heritage Room and it was fantastic. The staff are so lovely, so helpful and knowledgeable, the food is great and the restaurant setting is lovely and cool. I used the pool every day and the temperature was delightful. The location is perfect, lots close by and a 7/11 around the corner and a Wat across the road, transport was simple there are GRAB'S everywhere, we loved every minute of our stay, thank you everyone 🙏❤️🇹🇭

    We picked this hotel randomly after looking at multiple hotels in Chiang Mai and were EXTREMELY HAPPY we selected this hotel. The hotel is beautiful; the small but adequate pool was very nice and the breakfast buffet included was delicious! The location was great; it was right across the street from a big beautiful Buddhist Temple and right around the corner was a large and very diverse street market including a very big selection of foods. It was also next to Old Town in Chiang Mai which we spent several hours visiting. We would highly recommend anyone staying overnight in Chiang Mai to stay in this hotel!Mike & Pam Volan
