Location

This city hotel is located by Tapae Gate, the entrance of Chiangmai. Countless bars, shops, nightclubs and restaurants are to be found in the near surroundings (within 1-3 km of the hotel). The sights of Wat Chiangmai and the Mae Klang waterfalls are quickly reached from the hotel. The airport is 10 minutes away and the night bazaar market is 15 minutes from the hotel.

Facility

204 rooms, including 13 junior suites, 120 single rooms and 70 double rooms, are available to guests in a 12-storey main building and a 5-storey auxiliary building. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected.     The hotel lobby is very impressive, leading you to assume that the rest of the hotel might be as well. Wrong! The public and private areas are in dire need of cleaning and refurbishment and rooms upgraded.

    we spent two nights in this hotel. it was so-so. tired. room needed to be brought up to date. it was close to what we wanted to see and the breakfast was ok. linens in bed and bath were decent. don't miss the elephant sanctuary. you can bathe them!

    We stayed here for 3 nights in a room on the 10th floor. It was a room that had a door to the adjoining room, and unfortunately we could hear our neighbors through that door but the rest of the room was free of noise. The room was spacious with plenty of room for our luggage and a desk area if you need some workspace. The Wi-Fi worked good, and the bathroom had lots of counter space and even face cloths. Our reservation included breakfast at the ground floor restaurant (between 6 and 10:30am), but it can also be purchased individually for 350 baht. The breakfast options were fairly good, but some items like the pancakes were always cold. I enjoyed the noodle soup that could be ordered from the egg station. It had slightly different options each day. The way that the omelets were made (rolled together) unfortunately left the inside a bit undercooked. We chose not to have our room cleaned each day by using the do not disturb light by the bedside, but housekeeping each day still left us a bag on our door knob containing bottles of water and toilet paper which was a nice touch.

    Very Nice Hotel in Chiang Mai

    We stayed three nights at this hotel in Chiang Mai, and I really loved it. It was definitely a very comfortable bed and modern hotel room. Mini fridges are in the rooms. The breakfast is very good, and the location is terrific. The hotel is easy to find because it is one of the taller buildings in Chiang Mai. The staff were gracious and friendly, but not everyone spoke English. Everyone knew a few words, but not much more. Anything you might need you can find nearby.

    Location is spot on, Rooms are basic but well appointed, the only problem faced the day we checked in to the day we checked out the card reader was not working, so every time we stepped out of the room and had to re enter we had to get a bell boy to come and open the room, The breakfast had a decent spread, not really exciting the egg counter was the saving grace, as not used to eating fish based items for breakfast, Staff all over the hotel were polite and welcoming Over all a decent place to stay, Guest amenities are poor no tooth brush, fortunately a 7 11 store in close vicinity
