    Very nice atmosphere in the common areas , helpful staff , clean rooms situated within one of my favorite areas in cm with all kinds of interesting and useful shoos and services. The electro sockets are worn out and it’s rather difficult to get your devices some power out of it. My room had way to much mosquitos in it even I was careful to keep them out in the first place. WiFi is patchy.

    If you are looking for a great safe, clean place to stay in Chiang Mai don’t go past Ban Kong Rao. We have been coming to Ban Kong Rao for close on 9 years now and the team here is amazing. The location is fantastic, safe, plenty of street food and cafes all around. Local grocery across the road where you can buy a beer, sit at the chairs and table outside and watch the world go by.7 Eleven store 50 meters away as well. Close enough to the Center of Chiang Mai and just far enough away to be outside of the rat race. 💯% recommended.Stayed here a month this time and just extended for another month.Koop khun mak ka tok khun.     Stayed here for a week and found it be a wonderful place for a good rest with full room fittings, air-conditioned, clean and with helpful staff. They changed my bed sheet daily and it also came with a simple breakfast for less than USD$35/- daily with service charge. It is run by a Chinese lady which I addressed as sister Liang who will advise you how to go around the city and save your dollars. The resort is centrally located where there are many eateries like Thai, Western and Italian. Will definitely go back when I return to Chiangmai

    Quite a big hotel but oddly tucked away. About 10 or 15 minutes walk away from the old city north gate. The staff were friendly and we had no probems getting checked in or out. A lot of the taxi/bus drivers were aware of it and knew where to take us as soon as we asked.There are a lot of small cafes near the hotel which are good for breakfast before you head into the city centre. There's also a 7/11 and laundrettes nearby. The room was good but not amazing. Good value for money.

    This boutique boutique hotel staff and owners makes you feel like you are most respected and honorable guest. They even have small dog which is so friendly to you and excellent cafe with best food in Chang Mai !
