  Your basic room: Double bed, combo Bathroom where the shower is not separate. It was clean, there was hot water (!) a frig and balcony ( no view). I was traveling solo and needed the comforter, as it was chilly at night, but the comforter was for a twin bed. Not sure how couples share that!The location was perfect and it was quiet. The woman in charge was very helpful with anything you need.

  The host is very nice, but the rooms are very not clean, the bathroom was very dirty (hair all over, dirty sink, dirty toilet and more), the balcony was dirty too, we didn’t used it. The location is very good, walk distance from bars, clubs and restaurants.

  I was walking around with another backpacker after we checked straight out of our original hostel due to it being well below par. wed just got of the sleeper train and searched chiangmai walking with heavy backpackslong story short we found this place and its perfect, 3 min walk from all thw nightlife but also cant hear anything from hostel dorm was really clean so was toilet shower, worth mentioning the shower is one of those that are in the same room as toilet and it was pretty small so toilet would get wet. (private shower/toilet for dorm room)also we were on 4th floor with no lift, but thats no really a big deal.worth mentioning their are no lockers in thw room, however there are small lockers downstairs you can rent for 20baht a day. they give you a key but you can also add your own padlock to the latchprivate parking for bikes in the courtyardcheck in lady was very nice may be worthy to know this is a basic hostel for a bed, not social or any sort of vibe at allgood place if you just want quality sleep amd to unwind yourself

  I slept super well here and really enjoyed the location. Super close to everything in the old city as well as china town. The beds were comfortable and the room was really clean. Great affordable stay.

  Lovely hotel, nice spacious and clean room. We needed informations about the city and receptionist gave us all information we needed. All staff is very helpful. The breakfast in the morning was great too.
