Facility

The resort has a lift and features 23 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, satellite television, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. The complex has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the resort, including cycling/mountain biking, a gym, a spa and massage treatments.

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board and full board. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. Close to the old town, markets and temples. Rooms were very clean, a great size and bed comfortable. Lovely, helpful, happy staff. Meals and drinks were excellent. Highly recommend Banthai Village.

The staff there were very sweet. I needed to make a phone call (local one) . The staf at the reception (i think mr olando) gave me his personal phone to do the call. It was such a sweet gesture.

Perfect location, just a bit off the busy areas. Great staff, comfi, great price- we took 2 rooms next to each other so our kids where next door with a door in between. The pool is a charm and easily spent half a day there. Breakfast is modest but works great.

Our stay at Banthai Village was excellent. Tak at the front desk was very professional and supportive. Highly recommended for couples. Night market is nearby and back area is very lively. Breakfast was okayishhh and pool area is very relaxing.

a truly brilliant hotel, the rooms were spacious and welcoming, the reception staff were again welcoming and friendly and the food was good.the shower was AMAZING, i have never experienced a shower like it, and the addition of the 'toy' on the bed and the free mini elephant keyring as we left made us feel special.note the pool was COLD lol.it is located a couple of mins walk from the main street
