    The lunch buffet was not as good as it used to be. Good variety of dishes but, because they let customers not close the lids of the food containers, the dishes get cold quickly. I tactfully spoke to the duty manager about it. He agreed but I know he'll do nothing. Just a polite note asking patrons to close the lid would be all that would be needed.Buffet was 199 baht each, but one beer was 200 baht (90 baht elsewhere)Go early for a meal. They start closing down the food stations well before the 2pm closing time.

    Upon checking into the room on 10/12/25 and preparing to rest, I discovered blood stains on the bedsheet. As it was already late, I proceeded to sleep but intended to report the matter to the hotel staff the next morning. The condition of the room upon arrival was unacceptable and did not meet basic cleanliness standards.( light cannot switched off and musky smell ) At approximately 3:00 a.m., I encountered a sudden disturbance ( ‘dirty’ being ) in the room that startled me causing me to shout and wake abruptly. This incident was distressing and significantly affected my rest and sense of comfort in the room. Change hotel next morning

    I had a really great experience at this hotel. The management, staff and customer service is great. The hotel is very clean, spacious, & well located near some cool bars, night markets, and restaurants. You can also easily get to other areas quickly walking or with a grab. I’m a movie buff, so there being a cinema nearby was also awesome. Highly recommend!

    The last night stay here was the worst. Since the parking lot is far from the hotel building, we called the hotel staff to ask for directions to the hotel. The call was cut off before we finished talking about the place we were waiting for. We saw a golf cart drive past twice without picking us up. In the end, we had to walk from the parking lot in the hot temperature with 2 kids and luggage. When checking in, there was no information about the facilities. We only got information about the opening and closing times of the restaurant in the morning. It seems that searching for information on Google would be the best option. After checking in, the staff forgot to return our ID card. After we entered the room with exhaustion and hot weather, there was a phone line to go downstairs to get our ID card by ourselves because "the staff forgot to return the card". Even a 1-star hotel rushed to return the card to the room because it was an important document. Later, regarding the key card, there was no explanation about using the key card that it can be used to open the door with only one card. According to the general standard, both cards can be used. We also had an issue with breakfast because of the hotel's and the agent's fault. The best thing is probably the beautiful view in the room and the spacious room. We will not recommend and go back to use this hotel again.

    The hotel is located about 20 minutes ( if there is no traffic).Since we arrived a little early we went to eat lunch in theirrestaurant. The restaurant is excellent and the buffet is only 234baht, which is good value. It gives you a lot of option such as, sushi, meat, rice, noodles, soup and nice desserts as cakes and ice cream.Unfortunately we did not have time to check out the pool but it looked nice.Our room was in one of the higher floors and overall it was a pleasant and very clean room.One bad thing was that one door for the bathroom was broken, so we could not close it fully.The hotel staff at the reception were very nice and spoke good english.
