  The stay was amazing. Staff helped with my luggage to the room 10/10. I was greeted with a light refresher juice. Only concern is hair on the floors and in the bathroom. Other than that good for the price. Snacks and drinks in room for small charge. Still comes in handy.

  Wonderful hotel. Very friendly staff. Hotel is excellently located close to the Maya Mall and close to night markets and street food. Highly recommended for families.   The room was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and maintained to a high standard, reflecting excellent housekeeping practices. The front office team was courteous and professional, welcoming us with warm smiles during the check-in process. While early check-in was not available and the standard check-in time of approximately 2:00 PM was applied in accordance with hotel policy, the staff handled the process efficiently and pleasantly.The room was fully equipped with a wide range of amenities, including tea and coffee-making facilities, a microwave, minibar, refrigerator, and in-room safe. The overall setup and facilities are comparable to those of a well-established four-star hotel.One minor point for improvement would be the hot water system, as the water temperature was not consistently hot. With some adjustment in this area, the guest experience would be further enhanced.We were initially planning to stay for only one night; however, due to the high level of cleanliness and the outstanding service provided by the staff, we decided to extend our stay for an additional night.In conclusion, the hotel delivers an experience that closely reflects five-star quality. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Chiang Mai, especially for families seeking comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.   My partner and I stayed here at the end of December 2025. This hotel was clean. The room very spacious. Located near the main shopping area. About 10 minutes walk. The hotel though is under a flight path which can be noisy during the evening. The area is near a busy road with motorbikes going past the reception and outside eating area, frequently. The view from the room was unpleasant. Back street view which is described as a city view! There are some pool views but none available when we were there.The staff were pleasant and helpful full. The breakfast was traditional which was very nice.
