    Great location with friendly and welcoming staff. However, a major renovation was taking place on my floor, right next to my room. Multiple rooms were being renovated with their doors kept open, forcing me to walk past the ongoing work every time I went back to my room.

    I recently stayed here on a business trip and was thoroughly impressed. When travelling for work, you want zero fuss and a decent place to rest, and this hotel delivered on all fronts.The cleanliness of the entire place was absolutely top-notch. My room was pristine, immaculate, and kept spick and span throughout. The desk area was ideal for working late, and the Wi-Fi was faultless, which made sorting my evening work a breeze. It was incredibly peaceful, allowing for a proper, restful night’s sleep before my meetings.The staff deserve a shout-out too. They were incredibly professional, polite, and sorted my check-in in no time. The location was also spot on, making my daily commute dead easy.It is rare to find a hotel that hits the brief so perfectly. It offers brilliant value for money and maintains impeccable standards. I was dead chuffed with the whole experience and will definitely book here again for my next work trip. Cheers to the team for looking after me so well!

    We stayed at Cross Vibe Chiang Mai Decem Nimman Hotel for four nights and booked a one-bedroom suite. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with an adequately sized bathroom. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep.The only disappointment was the couch, which was quite old and not very comfortable . We also had a small balcony, which was very handy for drying clothes. We did like the size of the fridge was bigger than most. Good for large bottles of water and beers.We ate at the hotel most nights and the food was excellent. I had the Pad Thai twice because it was that good! They also served a delicious hot ginger drink at breakfast that we really enjoyed.The staff were always welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. There was also a fantastic coffee shop just outside the hotel, which was an added bonus. We used the pool during our stay — it was quite cool, but very refreshing after a warm day exploring Chiang Mai.The location was great as close to Maya Mall and massage places in walking distance.They also had a courtesy bus that takes you to the walking street markets which I would recommend Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily return.     Cozy hotel for a comfortable stay in Chiang mai

    This was the first time visiting Chiang Mai so I really wasn’t sure where to stay but this hotel was perfect better than I expected.The location is perfect a short walk to Maya Mall and Nimman area .Getting to old town was only about 150 baht on GRAB The rooms were spotless so clean with comfortable beds .My only concern before I went there was if the planes taking off would be noisy but never noticed them at all had a quiet stay .The breakfast had something for everyone and was really tasty.At this cheap price point it would be hard to beat you really get a lot for the money .Finally the staff were very professional and lovely with a special shout out to Iceland , Taii and May helping me out Chayanisa Ruankaew, General Manager at Cross Vibe Chiang Mai Decem Hotel, responded to this review Dear Value Guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience following your recent stay at the Cross Vibe Chiang Mai Decem.
