    I spent one night in this hotel and enjoyed its location, right outside of the old town and its many restaurants, shops, bars, etc.My room was clean and quite spacious. The gym on the other side was unfortunately quite small but still offered the equipment to do some cardio and weight lifting.     Beautiful hotel with very friendly service in a great location. Large rooms with all the amenities you could want. Large breakfast buffet with plenty of options. Very quiet inside, yet right in the heart of a great area in the city for excellent walkability. Highly recommend!     Nice location but not friendly at reception

    The hotel is in a great position for allMarkets and shops . I found the hotel rules and regs inappropriate . A price list in the room for damage ! Warning about taking food from the restaurant. Some guests however were loading rucksacks up at breakfast disgusting and ruining it for others. The pool had pigeons washing in it . The room was good but no conditioner in the bathroom . The breakfast was good and breakfast staff were great . The reception staff were not welcoming .     Great Location and Comfortable Stay in Chiang Mai

    We stayed here for three nights in the 2-Bedroom Premier Room and really enjoyed our time. The location is excellent, close to the city center and within walking distance to many of Chiang Mai’s attractions, shops, and restaurants.The room was nice and well-maintained, though the layout felt a bit off as we felt it would have been better to skip the sitting area and add another bathroom instead. The breakfast buffet was good with a decent spread, though it did get quite crowded on one of the mornings.Overall, a pleasant stay with great convenience and friendly service. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.     Lovely hotel in great central location

    Beautiful hotel and amazing breakfast - lovely central location with lots of activities within walking distance. Swimming pool was great but only a few sun loungers out there so was a bit restricted. Was disappointed when they expected me and my two sons 17 and 10 to share a double bed but following extra charges they moved our room and fitted another small bed in. All in all a lovely time there once the sleeping arrangements were sorted.
