    Still Fantastic

    As you will see by my previous review we stayed here in September of last year and were more than happy to the point that we decided to explore Northern Thailand more this year and therefore booked for a whole month using the hotel as a base, the rate was extremely attractive, our room was as with last year extremely comfortable and the staff were absolutely wonderful, there is truly nothing negative I can say about this gem of a hotel and we will certainly be staying there again when we visit C.M next year

    After trying the Holiday Inn and found it full I was put onto this place and boy what a find. Brand new place with spacious, immaculately clean room, air conditioning, comfortable bed, good size fridge and spotless shower/toilet. Despite the occasional over fly by a plane the Hotel was a peaceful and tranquil place with nice walks around the not so crowded streets. The breakfast was as good as you would find in a 3 star hotel in Bangkok (not buffet and freshly cooked) but at a price highly affordable ~ $35 A /night (~800 Bht). Staff were great and attentive and rooms cleaned daily. The only issue is that it is on the outskirts (not far from the Uni) and you need a car or motor bike (can be hired at desk) to get down town or ring for a taxi. The restaurants within walking distance are very good too and frequented by locals (not street stalls).There is plenty of parking space too unlike the downtown "up" market hotels.So if you want a serene, clean environment with an excellent breakfast at an unbelievable price this place is highly recommended.

    Stayed there for 5days 4 nights. Located 1.6km from chiangmai exhibition and conventional centre. U can go there by red taxi at 100baht. I love design of hotel especially hotel lobby and the rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly althought they dont speak english very well. U can ask them to call for taxi. It located bit far from main attraction but u can get red taxi. To go night market at changkhlan road it s abt 300 baht.

    We stayed at this fairly new hotel for three nights on our arrival in Chang Mai and again for one night after returning to C.M after a week touring the Mai Hong Son Loop and both times we were thrilled with our lovely room which was so comfortable, clean and well appointed with the staff being so willing and helpful.The hotel itself is set back on the property from the small soi by a large car park so the rooms are so nice and quiet, the complex consists of a charming well priced restaurant with great massage shop, a laundry shop and salon fronting the Soi, the large Maya shopping mall is only a few minutes and a 20thb ride away. This hotel indeed offers its guests outstanding value and should the same rate apply when we are next in Chang Mai we will certainly be staying there again.
