    Super Noisy. It was very noisy from the road in front of hotel even though I asked for a quiet room. Also, it was dirty with fungus on bed sheet and the room has very thin wall you can hear the neighbor talking and shut the door. I booked for 4 nights but can stay only for 2 nights with non- refundable, couldn’t sleep at all even ear plug can’t help! OMG what kind of hotel! Terrible.

    We came to the hotel at 9:30 Pm. There was no possibility to eat, because the restaurant closes at 6 Pm?! Wtf, there also was nothing in the minibar, there were hairs in the bed and the bed felt like it was a plank. But worst of all, the location is unbearable. IT is located at a highway and in a bad neighbourhood.

    The entire property was depressing and the room was even more so. For how much they charge per night they could at least have a comfortable bed, instead they have what felt like a bunch of 2x4’s with a thin padded mattress cover. The bathroom was full of spider webs and the bathroom mirror was apparently cleaned with a greasy towel. They have a “restaurant” in the back patio if you dare to try. My brother and I were forced to order pizza since there was no where close by worth eating at. We had to stay the night since it was to late for a refund but left as soon as we woke up in the morning.

    Beautiful grounds,spotlessly clean, lovely small and clean pool. Vegan restaurant and a bar that sells smoothies or soft drinks.Tv with an English station. Fridge.kettle. safety deposit box.Breakfast buffet for an additonal charge. I wasnt too keen on the breakfast. The hotel next door has a more expencive one but way more to choose from.Location isnt great. Its on the middle of a very busy and dangerous road. There is very little to do and very few places to eat or drink but taxi ride to the main area is cheap and only 10 minutes.Staff are lovely and speak excellent English.Really good A/C unit.Overall I would stay here again. The staff and cleanliness are excellent.

    5 nights here for a little over 4000 baht; really could not argue with the price, rooms were a decent size and very clean with the only downside being the shower pressure but that wasn't a big deal; good location not far from Maya mall and handy for Doi Suthep which I was cycling every day. Nice pool area to chill out in as well.
