    Stayed for 1 night before heading on yhe Chiang Mai Pai loop and enjoyed it that much that we booked to return when we got back to Chiang Mai. The rooms were a good size, good amenities (free water) and breakfast was included in the price. The pool is small but a nice added touch and we enjoyed it on both stays. Only 4 beds around the pool & 2 chairs so it got busy quickly but we managed to get a space 😀 walkingndistamce tk the night market & walking street. Super friendly and helpful hotel staff. HUGE bonus the bed was comfortable and they have perfect pillows! (Not too hard or soft)If we return to Chiang Mai I would have definitely book again

    Overall a fantastic stay, located right in the centre of the old town in a quiet location. The room was a bit old but apart from that everything good, staff good, cleaners everyday and staff always available to do deal with any issues. There's also a great laundry service next door who will deliver your clothes to the hotel once done.

    I loved my stay here. Super nice staff. Charm off the charts. If I go back to Chiang mai again, I will definitely look at staying here again.

    Nice spacious room with good bed/matrass, clean towels and a good shower and even better breakfast 🍳 Staff was lovely and helpful even after our visit when we lost a charger they send it to our home. Superb!!

    Appalling service. If you want something, "Go to outside." is the phrase used. Rooms full of murderous bugs. Breakfast terrible, even without the nutcase counting slices of toast. Obviously 4 tiny slices between 2 is gluttony. My wife's sunglasses were stolen from the pool area. Excellent pool, 4 sunbeds. Yeah right.
