Location

Just say No to Mr Magoo

The first room were given was super dusty, had a smell of old cigarettes and the AC was not working. When I went to ask for new room, I was shown the same kind- minus the smell. This time, the hotel engineer took off the AC filter and I saw how gross it was. The lobby and hallways had no AC and it was very hot. I asked for a second key card and was told it required a $500 baht deposit. This was needed for the AC to run. I refused and was about to change hotels when they said I they would give me another card- but if I lost them it was a $200 baht fee each. The front desk guy, who I nick-named Mr Magoo (if ya know) was so rude. When we asked for a breakfast box- we were told we didn’t give them enough time -The request had to be in 18 hours in advance. It seemed like rules were made on the spot and there was no explanation or care. The Smokey smell returned at night if anyone smoked by the pool. We will never come back.

Great location for a good hotel

Stayed 4 nights and enjoyed the hotel. Rooms are generous size, clean, ensuite, good beds. Breakfast is a buffet with many options. Pool is clean and well located on the second floor. Hotel location is excellent, walking distance to many of the cities sites. Front desk very helpful and special thanks to Ken for his assistance.

+ Great location + Friendly staff+ Clean pool+ Clean rooms- Good breakfast but missing beans for a full English breakfast- The hotel needs a renovation soon- Our room a bit cramped for 2 people- No toothbrushes and paste. - No smoking areaOverall a good stay, worth the money

The hotel vey good ,the room very clean especially the staff very friendly , Good location many the temple nearly ,I came many time but their service still same Excellent I happy to stay there
