    The location is quite near to the Warorot Market and Chiang Mai Night Bazaar but yet away from the crowd and noisy streets. The environment is quiet and peaceful, even though it was fully booked during out stay, but we hardly see any guests around in the property and heard any noise from other guests. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

    As usual we just had a great stay at Sabai House. This has become our favorite guest house in Chiang Mai and we stay here every time we are in town. The rooms are basically studio apartments with a fridge, microwave, seating area, etc. The rooms are bright, cozy and comfortable and very clean. It is definitely a great value for the price. The location is great as well, close to attractions and plenty of restaurants are nearby. Overall an excellent choice.

    This property offers great value for the money. The room was large and had good Wifi, TV, AC, and water heater (shower). The location makes it easy to walk to a number of points of interest (night bazaar, walking street, etc.). There are lots of good restaurants close by as well as laundry places.I don't think you can complain much given the price but here are a couple things to keep in mind. There is no elevator so you will need to carry your stuff up the stairs. The bathroom is a little small and they don't want you to flush toilet paper, you have to use the spray thing.

    Sabai house is a really good place to stay. We had a few issues with reception not being around on our first day, but this was unique to that day and we didn’t have any issues after that.The rooms themselves are really nice. Clean with super comfortable beds with nice duvet covers. The room had a fridge and a kettle which is really useful and good quality air con. We also had our own private balcony which was nice for us to have coffee and beers on. The shower didn’t heat up massively but in the Chiang Mai heat that didn’t bother me really and I’m terrible when it comes to these things! The location is really good too, close to the night food markets, lots of shops and supermarkets. It’s been the nicest place we’ve stayed for the price since getting to Thailand! :-)
