    Pros:The hotel is close to many tourist attractions in the city, and there are plenty of restaurants around. The price is very affordable compared to many other hotels in Chiang Mai. The breakfast selection is small, but the food is tasty.Cons:It’s not suitable for people who prefer a quiet stay because it can be quite noisy. You can hear almost everything from outside—people talking and even airplanes. Unfortunately, my room was across from a very noisy one. The guests there were a large group who kept slamming the door, talking loudly in the hallway, knocking on each other’s doors late at night, and you could hear pretty much everything. If the rooms are improved with better soundproofing in the future, I believe the hotel will definitely become much better.

    This hotel is a bit shabby and needs redecorating but staff were incredibly friendly and beds were reasonably comfortable

    This hotel was amazing for the price. Highly recommend it. Staff were great location really good . Would definitely go back. Breakfast was basic but good. If I needed anything they were on to it straightaway. Food stall downstairs outside was so handy.

    The hotel is quite modern but starting to gray around the edges and could do with better maintenance. Rooms were a decent size, with en-suite bathroom. You can arrange an all in price with breakfast. Coffee and mineral water (unlimited) are free to all guests.The pool is small but usable and great for the very hot days.     I had 1 night here before moving to the Old Town. Rooms here are quite good soundproof, modern and convenient. Very close to cafes, pubs and 24-hour laundry. There is a staff member who speaks super good English, perhaps he is one of the best English speakers I have ever met in Chiangmai.
