Facility

The hotel has 56 double rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     The staff was incredibly friendly but the room was less than ideal. The shower head was filled with mold and the door to the bathroom had slats in it so there was no real privacy. Breakfast were ok at best but overall very spartan and lacking.     This hotel delivered a wonderful stay, especially thanks to its exceptionally warm and thoughtful staff. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond—even surprising us with a beautifully decorated room (swans, balloons, cake, and flowers!) after my proposal to my partner on his birthday. Their genuine excitement and kindness made our romantic trip unforgettable.The room was spacious, with a soft bed, daily thorough cleaning, and a bathtub with mountain views—though the fourth-floor location meant a power pole slightly obstructed the scenery. Still, our tiny balcony offered a perfect alternative. Yes, the decor is a bit dated and could do with a touch up (common in Asian 4-star hotels, so manage your expectations!), but it also added charm rather than detracted.Breakfast was solid, though repetitive—ideal for short stays, but I’d recommend exploring local cafés if you’re there longer. The staff’s honesty stood out: when I found a cheaper tour elsewhere, they verified its legitimacy for me, ensuring I didn’t get scammed.     This our last evening at this hotel.The hotel got off to a good start with us. The gentleman called Knight ,working on reception was/ is lovely. He brought our cases to our room for us. He has been very helpful suggesting and advising us about activities to do in the local area. On our return from our days activities, he has shown an interest in what we have done.Our room is lovely. We have a bath and a shower. We have a little balcony which we enjoy using.Breakfast is plentiful.We would be happy to return, however, for ease of convenience with what we have been doing being in the old part of Chaing Mai would have been good.There is far more to do in Chaing Mai than we realised. We will definitely return and stay for up to two weeks to allow us to explore the surrounding areas more.     Won't be staying here again despite the nice staff

    The staff at the front desk are friendly and nice and my room was basically clean. That's the best i can say about this place. I think i was expecting more after seeing their photos and reviews, i expected more. The place needs updating badly. It's a nice tourist class hotel near the Nimman area. Room didn't look much like the photos and place is old. Felt i didn't want to walk in the room barefoot.     Awesome hotel stay

    We stayed on the 8th floor. The hotel is very close to the airport, mall, Starbucks. There is even a close by laundromat. There is a currency exchange down the street which is very convenient. The place was very clean and we had hot water every day. It was raining and they provided umbrellas. Downstairs there is a lounge where you can grab a drink. Very centrally located.
