  Good hotel if you want to sleep well and walk to shop close enough to night safari , central festival , Buddha temple

  It’s a lovely hotel tucked away right a little from the main road and has good location as it’s strong pursuit (read the last part where i reveal a great part of this location) but stronger than that is it’s staff, the front desk manager TARO is an absolute marvel to have as soon as i was to arrive 2 days prior he started being in touch and telling me whole lot of things to do in chiang mai also offered help to setup tours as there is no dedicated tour desk helped me with vital numbers and throughout the stay was in touch with me . Also when i requested a room with some view managed to pull me to a room with some open view too. Guys visiting shouldn’t miss out the gem. Right next to nara thai opp maya mall there is the lane which is Nimman shopping the night market the food and the lanes behind it are really lovely .   Ambience at is vibrant yet tranquil, with a garden-style atrium and leafy green terraces against the grey backdrop of the building. The Lobby Lounge is comfortably furnished, and soft warm lighting at night lends an intimate feel. Crisp mountain breezes cool the rooftop vantage point, while contemporary local art pieces scattered about the space invite browsing.Rooms at Novotel ChiangMai Nimman JourneyHub are comfortable and relaxing. I stayed at the Junior Suite, which had strong air conditioning, a private bathroom with rain shower, a large work desk, a mini-bar, and complimentary high-speed wi-fi which was disrupted on occasion. There were 2 smart 55-inch televisions with cable channels, while locally inspired wall art enriched the modern décor. The bed was comfortable albeit slightly softer for my preferenceService scores high for attentiveness and personalisation. The reception remembers guests, and offered us late check-out proactively. The responsiveness of concierge assistance was most welcome, and they demonstrate good local area knowledge. Housekeeping was commendable as well, working quickly and efficiently, thorough in their duties.The facilities and activities at Novotel ChiangMai Nimman JourneyHub include the 'In Balance' gymnasium with a good range of fitness equipment, flexible meeting spaces for up to 250 delegates, electric vehicle chargers, pet-friendly rooms and spaces, and a rooftop swimming pool with panoramic city and mountain views.   Comfortable Stay at Ninman Journeyhub

  Stayed at this hotel throughout our 4 nights in Chiang Mai. Very near to the airport (about 15 minutes car ride without jam). There are eating areas within 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Our group of 4 pax paid 300 baht (big car) for an airport taxi to the hotel.We arrived close to dinner time due to delay in our flight. The car drop-off area is also the pick-up area for PHVs. The security guard(s) at this area was very polite to guests. Kudos to them for keeping an eye on the arrivals and departures of vehicles in the hotel vicinity. Depending on who was at the reception area, some staff might greet the guest and some don't. I've experienced a combination of both.Room received a one-tier upgrade to Deluxe King as it was booked via Accor Gold membership and hotel provided 2 complimentary local snacks (banana crisps). The gesture was rather sweet.Room (28 m²) was nicely spacious and comfortable for a solo traveller. But the bathroom door design (open out) and that gap between the bedroom and the bathroom means that unlikely I will be sharing this room with another platonic friend.The toilet flush was interesting as the smaller button flush seemed to have a more powerful suction in comparison with the bigger button.Used the laundry service during my stay and must commend the laundry department for a job well done as the clothes came back quickly within the same day smelling good and nicely pressed. Though there was an initial incident where the jeans did not come back together with the tshirts but a phone call to the receptionist solved the issue within the same day. Thank you for the efficient service and recovery.Tried hotel breakfast once as it was having a 1-for-1 promo. Food selection was small but still adequate. It was also easy to take Grab to and from the hotel.
