    The hotel is family run, it's a smaller hotel, but nothing was to much trouble, staff were lovely and bed was so comfortable, we would have returned but sadly no availability, the only down side the pool area didn't get much sun.

    It was my first time in Chiang Mai, and this hotel was my first choice to stay. I was very impressed by the view from my balcony, lovely staff, peaceful atmosphere, and I left with positive memories.The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, hotel location is quite convenient too. I am very grateful for the warm welcome and definitely can recommend this place!

    I love a good hidden gem buried in a downtown area but unseen unless you know it’s there. This hotel is well-kept, clean, and walking distance to the night market, places to eat, shop, and get a 10pm massage. Our cousin spent one of the nights at his hostel nearby (he checked in early then went out with some of his new hostel friends) but stopped in to get picked up for his elephant tour from our centrally located hotel. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend others do the same.

    very nice stay with comfortable room at an affordable cost. We couldn’t want anything more. The location was perfect everything we needed was within walking distance. The staff were very kind and friendly. The breakfast was very delicious , they can make it for you if you order a day in advance and serve it for you at your preferred time between 7-10am. Or there is a small breakfast buffet.
