  We don't get why so many negative reviews on here? We booked a Luxury Premier room for 3 nights at 650 baht per night and thought it was amazing value. Our room was clean, bright and spacious with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The room looked very new and only signs of wear was around the base of the shower area, quite common in tropical climates. WIFI was great, bed was firm but super comfy, shower had good pressure and water was hot and there was a small table and chair to work from. Plenty of power points in the room too. There is a great restaurant/bar, Groove, directly behind on the banks of the Ping River and a 24 hour coffee shop out front. There are some amazing restaurants all along the river and a fantastic restaurant,หมูทอดดึกดำบรรพ์, right next door that does amazing pork dishes. Nice coffee shops too, Tanita's is a must. And on the opposite side of the river you are within a 10 minute walk either side to a couple of excellent markets. The general area is quiet but a great place to make base from. Taxis are cheap, less than 100 baht to most places around the old city. The staff at B2 appear to have limited English but they are friendly and obliging. All in all we were delighted with our 3 day stay and would happily recommend to anyone looking for budget accomodation in a quiet but interesting neighbourhood.

  Good if you want a cheap stay

  It was an okay stay. Hotel was very quiet with very little atmosphere. The pool also dead. I’d say it’s a good little stay if you want something cheap for a few nights which was what we wanted One thing- bed was so uncomfortable and hard and very loud at night as it’s on a busy road. This also could be because our room was at the front so defo try choose one which is back facing

  First time stay and in the same road, there are 3 B2 hotel that a bit made me confusing and the name is quite similar.Staffs are friendly and sincerely to help you.In my room, 1 pillow has bad smell from the previous guest.Difficult for car parking, you has to park opposite the hotel.Next time I would try others

  Comfortable and neatly decorated hotel, quiet and well located, with a garden and a swimming pool near the river. Spacious room with small private terrace but mattress a little hard. Very good value for money.

  I booked this hotel because of the good reviews and the photos. When I got here, I found that the photos are much better than the real thing. The bathrooms are disgusting. The grout is dirty and mouldy, especially in corners. There was hair on thee walls by the sink and splashed coffee. They cover up the mould on top but haven't addressed the problem. Very cheap place and manager is difficult. Not a great area to walk to Old Town. Few restaurants on this street. I'm only staying because can't get a refund from Agoda. If you are looking for a dirty run down 2 star - this hotel is for you!
