    Steal Money From Luggage! They are worst!

    Theif at HOTel! This is one worst Hotel the cleaner staff steals money from your luggage!!!! STEAL MONEY !They took my 400 dollar and 2000 baht ! And the worst lart is the Hotel management is also included in this case! They evej didnt inquiry or charged the Hotel staff! Rather saying there is no proof!! How ridiculous they are!! If u searcg google you will also find such reviews where the hotel steals money! they didnt have working safe locked in the room Lmao!

    I booked a Superior Double.It was on the ground floor. The window faces the car park. Rather often some people were talking in the car park, which I didn't enjoy as you won't have total privacy.Other than that, it is a proper hotel.Room is very huge. Probably they used to serve breakfast as there is a huge space in the middle of the building but they don't serve breakfast fast anymore. They might have had a mini bar in each room but if my memory is correct, I don't think I saw drinks in the mini fridge. Instead, there is a small bar section at the lobby where you can buy beer. The location is good, it is next to one of the gates in Old Town. (North Gate) You can find many things nearby but I personally found the location a bit of a walk to get to the busiest part of Old Town. Said that, you can get to everything in 15 minutes walking. You can ask for an airport pick up with some charge, I guess  as I saw a minivan ( I didn't ask, though).You can explore from the rear door, you will find a fancy cafe just next to the hotel. Wi-Fi Hot water showerLinenTowelACTVElectric KettleFridge

    A mid range hotel, well located for walking. Built in different stages the buildings are connected with ramps. Manageable. Front desk staff was pleasant. Not easy with English questions. A pleasant stay. Very basic. Parking was available.

    We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The smell was just horrible. But that doesnt compare to what happened.THE STAFF STOLE MONEY FROM OUR SAFE!!! When we came back from our trip our room was cleaned and the safe in the room was oppened and could even be locked again. Receptionist and manager laughed in our faces saying that we made it up. You can check google reviews, many other peopls expirienced the same.SHAMEFUL!!!

    Awful awful awful manager, AVOID, and hotel had red bugs on wall and bed, when I got there I booked with agoda that was okay they sent me a message which I showed the worker saying booking went through and showed him the booking number, he gave the room key to me , I went to my room, next morning 9 am the manager said booking hasn’t come through, I said no problem I’ll contact agoda if if doesn’t come through don’t worry I’ll pay in person at the hotel, so she said okay, check out is 12,11 am I came down asked if if it came through I couldn’t get through on the phone to agoda because I had no Thai sim, she started yelling saying she wanted to see booking which I showed her she started saying I stayed without paying which I told her I booked with agoda and her staff even saw booking too which I showed her again the number and he was gave me the key after seeing it the previous night, and no prob I’ll pay at hotel, she called 2 men in army suits who showed up as I was talking to her, she must have called them a few minutes before I went to reception at 11, they never spoke and turned up only mid conversation, they just sat in the lobby and listened to her on the phone to agoda on loudspeaker while they explained to her I did book there just was a problem with it going through on their behalf, and this is even though I explained before any of this I’d pay in the hotel if there was any issue at 9am I told her and again 11am, they walked out when they heard I did book and it’s agodas fault. This women is not a manager or profesional at all she was a nasty person, and one of the most horrible people id met across the whole of Thailand, would never set my foot near her bug hotel again, agoda was giving at a discount price which I paid online, and she said I had to pay her full rates of what it is usually price Every other hotel I stayed in throughout Chiangmai mai and Thailand was a better experience than This one, I don’t know who hired her as manager, but it set the tone for the trip I had to Chiangmai.
