    Feel like home in Chiang Mai!

    We had a fantastic 3 days in Chiang Mai at Shane Hotel. Friendly staff always helped us, breakfast had many options and was well served, and the accomodations are modern and very clean. Can’t wait for our next visit!

    Slightly disappointing stay at Shane's hotel. Shane (the owner) is very hospitable and welcoming and cannot do enough for you. However, the room is very basic, no furniture for clothes storage, bathroom is not clean (mould on the bathroom walls etc), aircon is noisy. The breakfast was included in price but is not so pleasant. The eggs, fried rice, chicken etc always seemed to be cold. The coffee was luke warm also. I cannot really recommend this place. It is also 20 minutes walk to nearest shopping mall and restaurants although Grab taxi is cheap in Chiang Mai.

    Not only is this hotel directly under the flightpath of Chiang Mai Airport, it's so basic that you hear your neighbours every sounds. Allthough the staff does it's best to make your stay as good as possible, I'm very dissapointed by the fact that they charged us for a towel with some dirt on that we used on an elephant sanctuary visit.

    Loved our stay here! Clean, spacious rooms with great Wifi access, air con and access to good tv channels. Breakfast has lots of variety, staff are friendly and location is a short walk to some great spots ☺️ Definitely recommend! Free water and coffee all day is an added bonus!

    Great value and really great staff. Loved this place . Lots of little touches go a long way. Like free water for example . One day we came back and it was raining and they came running with an umbrella.
