Facility

English-speaking staff are happy to assist and advise. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a TV room, a car hire service, a transfer service and a smoking area. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom, and air conditioning ensures just the right temperature. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features in the rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed. Extra beds can be requested.     Felt like returning home. First since lockdowns, the hosts John and Jaae provide a warm welcome and a wealth of local knowledge should you need it.The rooms are serviced daily and a water station is available plus daily water in your room.Cool neighborhood in the Old City.

    We had a lovely stay at this guesthouse right in the middle of the old town of Chiang Mai. Rooms are comfortabel and decorated a bit quirky :-).The owners are very helpful and friendly and go to any length to assist you.Lovely breakfast at the courtyard, very tasteful and peaceful.     Amazing place to stay.Clean and Tidy. The owners John and ja-ae are incredibly helpfull with just about everything.The breakfast pancakes are really good and I mis them already.I can totally reccomend staying here.     Great hotel located in old city, convenient for exploring all old city has to offer from gorgeous temples, to bustling night markets, to cute cafes. John and Jaae were such amazing hosts, loved all their recommendations and the home-cooked breakfast every morning! For early mornings, they offer packed lunch. The rooms are clean and have a cute robot theme. There is also a nice courtyard to hang in. The most lovely stay!     Boutique Chiang Mai Hotel with Perfect Hosts

    Sleep Guesthouse provided a perfect base to explore Chiang Mai! Jaae and John are outstanding hosts, and they know Chiang Mai very well and provide suggestions and recommendations. The restaurant recommendations are spot-on! They are very friendly and helpful, and pleasant to chat with about topics near and far!Sleep's location can't be beat. There are so many restaurants within a short distance, providing a variety of international food choices. I also found that no matter a restaurant's specialty, if they offer Thai food, it'll be delicious. The breakfast at Sleep offers choices to satisfy anyone. This is a family-run business and you see everyone playing a part. I had an early excursion one morning, and they happily provided a breakfast sandwich for me to take with me, even though I left before breakfast. I really appreciate them going above and beyond!I highly recommend Sleep Guesthouse, and can't imagine any other hotel in Chiang Mai providing a better value and service. If I return to Chiang Mai, and I likely will since four nights is not nearly enough, I will stay at Sleep Guesthouse - no need to look anywhere else.
